When I'd return to report that the problem was only partly repaired, he or his father would make another appointment to look at it, and would inevitably charge me a huge additional fee for the "extra work" that should have been addressed (and was paid for) the first time around. And this was not a one-time fluke, either. This is what I have experienced from them for years. Most recently, I went to them because my heater/AC wasn't blowing. They replaced a blower - which shouldn't have cost more than $300, yet they never fixed the AC! Not only did they charge me over $800, with the AC still not working, but - surprise! - they offered to make me another appointment to fix it! When inquired if this appointment would cost me extra, the reply was "Of course." Well, no, thanks, Swindler. I go elsewhere for my auto repairs now.

The diagnosis came fast, they were super courteous, and allowed me to hang around well beyond the shop closing for the day. Not a doubt in my mind that I'd return again if I were in a pinch or someone I knew needed their help.

This is a known issue - this generation truck HATES aftermarket security systems, and it was causing all kinds of problems, so we asked Toads to remove it. He was familiar with this issue, also said he'd look at the starter, and would let us know. I don't know what time he starts work, but he called us to pick up our truck at lunchtime Monday (we dropped it off Sunday night.) Let me tell you, the cost was BEYOND reasonable. I kind of wish I had more wonky electrical issues in vehicles, because they do such nice work.

The fairing was loose, the seat was falling off, it hadn't been inspected for 2 years, did a full tune up and fluid change, and new tires and back breaks. They even detailed it. When I picked it up Erica at the desk was super polite and the owner John came out to go over the bike with Dave the tech. I was elated. What service . When I pulled out on the road and opened her up she felt like a brand new bike. My mind was blown. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all. These folks stayed the course and operated at this location for over 100 years. this past twenty being our fleet mechanic's. I bought my vehicle there and the check engine light was on in a week, a tire was going flat, the brakes were failing, the steering was tricky, only one window worked, a tail lamp assembly was bad, the exhaust was on the brink of falling off and all kinds of other problems. I'm too disgusted to list all the problems. When I took it back, they wrote up an estimate that was double what I paid for the car and didn't even re-inflate the tire that they claimed was "all new." I'm lucky I'm a mechanic but most people are not. I should have checked it over better but I trusted them because they're a "dealership" and I'm totally screwed now. After this winter, I'm going to get this car in safe condition and sell it off because they won't do a thing for me. If you buy a vehicle from them, it'll be great... Until you sign your name and drive it for a week. They didn't even install my registration sticker that was sitting on the front seat. That's right, the temporary registration is still on it and I'm counting the days until I can afford to get rid of it. I've even read other reviews of people getting into accidents with vehicles purchased at this "dealership" just weeks after purchase due to a catastrophic failure, like a control arm. If I could put no stars or negative stars, that would still be too good. How many people is this business gonna screw over, injure, or even kill before they're shut down? I've already almost been in a handful of fender benders because they didn't tell me it needs all new brakes until two weeks AFTER I bought this lemon. Of course they were more than happy to sell it because the mileage exempts it from "Lemon Law." DO NOT buy from them. Spread the word and hopfully they'll be gone. Go there and ask for Steve. Ask him how he lives with himself.
