They say that their providers are experienced but yet can't even do simple sheet change, transfers and other everyday duties. The scheduling changes with no advance notification. Many more issues and yet we are stuck because other business are the same. HELP!!!! The manager "Fe" need to be in bed with her staff taking care of her to know how bad they are. I have even been told I'm not as critical as other patients so I gotta wait, who are they to make that diagnosis, I fell the other day with no one around, at the very time I should have had a caregiver. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone who wants quality care for your lovers one or yourself. They only care about the money.

They never cooked meals on a regular basics . more interested in watching tv my girlfriend told me she had to fire This Amex caregiver for acting weird and watching tv, this same weird caregiver told me she hated my mom and that she was a mean bitch ! , ....your probably wondering why I didn't fire them .......! This is why ! The corrupt court system did this ! Why you ask MONEY Because my mom had money , I fought the court system for a entire year , spent over 100k , but they all lied in court to save their butts , my mom died without me , I never saw my mom dead , they are evil !
