One blonde associate is very rude and honestly kind of snobby. I came in dressed in Lilly and with money in hand to spend on this great place I've frequented before. I asked a question and her tone of voice and demeanor was dismissive and condescending. It's a shame because Kathy is wonderful and I've always loved being able to purchase items that may have sold out on the website.

Me and my friends walked into your store today with no acknowledgment or customer service. We continued and looked around smelled some $75 perfumes and five dollar sample perfumes and we realized we were being followed and watched by these two women. Yeah after we tried using a make up sample, and my friend said that she didn't like it, one of the women came over and said oh it's just dried up. I continue to walk past my friends to look on my own and I have at least three women staring at me and my every move. I have never stolen anything and it is very stereotypical to think that when you see a teenage girl. Any customer counts as a customer and I shouldn't have to be discrimination based on my age or what I look like. **This isn't the first store this has happened in, and I'm sick and tired of being profiled with my friends as criminals. Not only did she recommend pieces and bring them to me in the fitting room, but she went into detail on what and how I can wear each piece for different styles and looks. Since that first experience, I have been back to her store every other day picking up items one piece at a time because her items are chic and unique, high quality, and very affordable. I got a smoking hot red jumpsuit for under 100 dollars, unreal! After my next couple visits, I had an email in my inbox from Grace thanking me for shopping with her and that she really enjoys talking to me while I shop, and now we talk almost every day! She keeps me up to date with what she has coming in and when, sends me pictures so I know what I want to try on during my visits ahead of time, and is always willing to put items aside/hold them until I have a chance to come in. I went in today after a long hiatus . upon walking in they always within a minute ask if you need help. i politely always say just browsing . i enjoy shopping alone and like to take my time . After the polite just browsing , if you pick up anything in hand they are. suck like a hawk putting it dressing room. Ok then another item in hand , back again taking it out of hand . It's always the same . sometimes i like to not even try on but i don't bother here bc they grab it . Ok now in 7 min you are approached multiple times . into fitting room , they knock immediately asking if you need something else . i get it maybe soma people like that service but i don't and usually try to politely give the vibe that i just want to shop solo . I usually just want to get out once i am in and don't buy a thing . Today i purchased a shirt but i won't be back . 5-6 women working, 1-2 customers , it just always feels so forced .
