I was told it could not be deducted from the total - i had to use more than the 250 or eat the rest... i thought this strange but...... i asked them to hold the shirt with the certificate they said fine. When I returned a month later and asked for the certificate and shirt i had found other items to purchase - they told me it had expired and they sold the shirt!!!!! I was beyond shocked!! first of all I believe it is illegal to not honor a certificate - next what bad customer service.
