The owner was rude and disrespectful to my children. They clearly didn't want our business and I won't be shopping here ever again.

Cute baby/kid clothing alert!…read more Monica + Andy has expanded their Lincoln Park store with this adorably hip pop up in Northbrook Court. A clothing line designed to go from the hospital to the first play date, sizes range from preemie to size 6. From fabulous soft organic muslin blankets you can have monogrammed for $15, I couldn't help but fall in love the second I saw both my boys' names proudly displayed on their blanket display...go figure! Too bad my boys are all grown up now :-( Perfect Baby Gift Idea... For baby gifts, their Cuddle Boxes, starting at $51 and include a basic blanket and knotted hat. As far as their clothes, they feature a particular series of patterns on their clothing for a set amount of time and then switch it up. Kind of cool. The store is well organized and clothes are carefully curated and beautifully displayed. They have a great collection of boys clothing, which can be hard to find. Aside from clothing, they also have activities in the store. They have storytelling on Tuesdays by the Storybook Mom and are starting to offer mommy and kiddo yoga. Their Lincoln Park location has a host of classes and other offerings. I'm wishing Monica + Andy well, because their shop is beautiful and feels very niche and exclusive. Great customer service. Note: Dressing room has a baby changing table.

So I decided to buy more items online this March, but due to the Corona Virus and other changes (I believe they switched warehouse), the items got delayed a few weeks. I wrote them, and they were quick to refund my purchase and nevertheless sent the items. These are hard times for retailers, so the gesture impressed me and was very touching. The clothes are beautiful and I plan to buy more and they will be my top of mind choice when looking for new items for my daughter. These details matter.

I happened to walk by after stopping at Jos A Bank a couple doors down. I was greeted within moments of walking in, which was nice, and after I had a couple tops I wanted to try on, someone promptly started a fitting room for me. On the ball! Looks like all sale items are final sale, so take note! I noticed the tags were marked FS, but at the register, the woman only informed me of that after I swiped my credit card... so that's not super helpful. Another lady offered to help pack up my items, and here, they actually removed the tags before putting my clothes in the bag. They might consider asking a customer first. Not that I could've returned them anyway, but I'd prefer to remove the tags at home myself. I'd also much prefer the tags be cut off with scissors if anything, not roughly ripped off by hand. Yikes. Talk about cringe. Once I got to my car, I was actually compelled to check the collars of the shirts for any damage or rips... Happy shopping!

During my last visit I had a really disappointing experience. While I was in the store, I overheard…read morean employee (or possibly a customer) telling someone to "be quiet" in a very dismissive and rude attitude. It wasn't said in a friendly or joking way--it came across as disrespectful and unprofessional, especially in a retail environment where customer service should feel welcoming. Even if the comment wasn't directed at me, it made the atmosphere uncomfortable. When you're shopping, you expect kindness and professionalism, not negativity. Old Navy is usually known for being family-friendly and approachable, but moments like this really affect the overall shopping experience. I hope the store management takes this seriously and reminds staff (if it was an employee) that tone and attitude matter. A simple word said the wrong way can make customers feel unwelcome, and that's not what anyone wants when they come in to shop.

We kindly asked the cashier agent (nice) if we can check our bags to avoid any issue. She kindly took the bags with pleasure. I shopped and checked out, and waited (outside-it was cold inside) for my cousin to finish her shop and purchase over $200 worth of Old navy gear. I did not collect the other bags behind the counter due the fact that my cousin was still shopping and rather her handle the bags due to my disability. I suppose the lead agent/managaer was not comfortable in keeping the bags behind the counter and came "outside" the store to tell me collect the bags because they do want to be responsible in a "professional rude" manner (embarrasing). I am sure you all store have cameras everywhere, not sure why he was so concerned, instead of advising the cashier " next time advise customers, we do not check or take bags; they are more than welcome to carry them in the store." Every demographic and business handles those situations due to theft. It should have been handle better if he was the leader/management. Thank you.
