We had an incredible experience working with Kerry Fabrizio for our wedding weekend. I knew how important flowers were to setting the romantic ambiance at a wedding, but I had absolutely no ideas about the flowers or arrangements I liked. In our initial meeting, Kerry met with me for an hour and had prepared a specific Pinterest board for me based on super broad feedback about the color of flowers I wanted and the intended vibe of my wedding. She had me "pin" the options on Pinterest that aligned with my vision, and then she explained exactly what styles I seemed to prefer. It was an absolute no-brainer to hire Kerry to do the flowers for our wedding day, and we also ended up asking her to do the flowers for our welcome dinner. Throughout the wedding planning process, Kerry communicated with us clearly, answered our questions thoroughly, and took the time to go to our venue with us for a walkthrough to review our gameplan in detail. She made incredible recommendations, and we had very little "work" to do on our end to feel confident that Kerry (and her amazing assistant Carly Gonzales) had everything covered. Kerry & her Fabufloras team did an absolute INCREDIBLE job on my wedding flowers and decor for my ceremony! Her team SLAYED it! Unfortunately, My experience was heartbreaking the moment I walked into my venue and seen a green garland on my seating chart covering both of our names. I experienced heartbreak over and over with the bouquets, the boutonnieres, the cake, the centerpieces, and the ceremony arch. I honestly thought it was a mistake and Kerry sent the wrong flowers. Kerry was not at my venue as she was for others, so I reached out to Kerry via email while in my bridal suite, I expressed to her that the wrong flowers were sent to me. A few mins later, one of her employees informed me she spoke to Kerry on the phone and she said the right flowers were sent to me. I pulled up my contract showed it to the employee and asked her do these look the same, and she just looked at me shocked. I was completely heartbroken and lost for words, I wanted to cry, everyone kept trying to get me to smile to take pics. These were clearly not my flowers, a mistake was made. My wedding color pallet was beige, tan, white, nude, hint of blush with a boho style, these colors and style were shared with Kerry via zoom as well as Pinterest and on the contract. The flowers I received on my wedding day were purple, pink, some nude some white and a lot of green, the bouquets were missing the pampas grass, and the boutonnieres were purple. I reached out to Kerry again after the wedding was done, asking her if we could arrange a phone call to discuss the flowers, I expressed that the wrong flowers were sent to me. Kerry responded with an email and did not arrange a phone call with me, after several emails and pics comparing what we discussed and what was sent, I asked for a refund. On 9.17.22 Kerry responded with "I'd be willing to come up with a compromise, but I did everything as contracted. I'd be willing to refund up to $500.00, but that's all I am willing to offer" She kept referring to the contract descriptions with the flower names and etc, this is something that I would never be able to argue because I am not a florist and googling what she wrote was not a priority because I put my full trust into her. I hired Kerry for her expertise and services to relieve my of the flower arrangements portion, being a florist is not my expertise. All I know is we went over pics I said I want these colors, this style and she agreed in confidence that it would be just that. I wrote her back explaining how unfair that was considering I did not receive what I ordered/paid for. Kerry did not respond to that email, I sent her several other emails and they have all been ignored. I feel completely robbed and taken advantage of. I really wanted to rectify the situation with her, I am a business owner I make mistakes too but I take responsibility for them and I correct them, but she has completely ignored me and I do not think it is right to treat any customer like this especially a bride. We only get married once...I would not recommend her to anyone. I shared my experience for awareness..... I pray no one has the same experience I did. Update: since writing my review yesterday (10.11.22), Kerry has tried to block my review on google, and decided to respond to my review on the knot for the public. She clearly has ill motives and will do anything to gain the trust of new customers. How could you try to make it seem like I did anything wrong here when I've expressed to you that the wrong flowers were sent to me as soon as I seen them when I walked into my venue in my wedding dress on my wedding day..... It hurts that people can treat you this way. Kerry, I hope you learn from this mistake and treat your customers better in the future when you do make a mistake. Absolutely wonderful! Made our ceremony and wedding space look extravagant. Kerry at Fabufloras has an amazing eye for floral design and PAYS ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS. Also, every time we had a slight change with our proposal. she would immediately 1) make sure she understood what we were asking for, 2) send us alternative (similar) options that were less expensive to stay within our budget, and 3) revise our contract to reflect the change so we were both on the same page. These traits - her amazing attention to detail and thoughtfulness - truly separate her from the rest of the pack. I can't overstate this. Incredible. I waited about a year after our wedding to post this review. I figured that would give me time to reflect on the day. One thing was certain, Kerry and Fabulforas came through big time. Just the best! We hired Kerry and Fabufloras for our wedding all the way back in early 2019 (she was a recommendation from our wedding planner). Unfortunately, we moved our wedding a couple times due to covid but Kerry was extremely flexible and accommodating about the multiple changes. Previous to that, Kerry was so easy to work with and understood exactly our floral vision for our wedding. Finding a florist was the most difficult part of wedding planning for me. If I had met with Kerry originally I could have saved myself a ton of frustration. I was planning my wedding remotely, and during our Facetime consultation, she had me open my computer and search the floral terms and images she would point out so that I could see live with her what she was referring to.
