In short, John is the man! I've been a yelp member for years and this experience was so great, it had to be my 1st review. Last year my wife and I were one day away from putting our condo on the market to sell so we could buy a new house. Every lender from A to Z said we could not keep our condo because it did not have the proper equity and there was no rental history. As a last resort, we researched lenders on Zillow and found John. He assured us that he had a program in which we could keep our condo to rent AND purchase a new home! We were very weary of this program as we were told over and over again that this was impossible. Nonetheless, we trusted John and held off on selling our condo. It took us over a year and a half, and multiple declined offers, until we finally purchased a home.
