In short, John is the man! I've been a yelp member for years and this experience was so great, it had to be my 1st review. Last year my wife and I were one day away from putting our condo on the market to sell so we could buy a new house. Every lender from A to Z said we could not keep our condo because it did not have the proper equity and there was no rental history. As a last resort, we researched lenders on Zillow and found John.
