When I moved into the home, there were many things wrong with the property. The only shower in the home did not work and one of the toilets was not fixed to the ground. I let the property manager, Vince, know of the issues and was told "It seemed like I would be hard to please and I should just move out". I had just moved everything into the home and just wanted a working shower and toilet. Any tenant living there would have needed these things to work. Over the course of about 5 months, everything in the house broke. The AC, washer and dryer, the refrigerator. To fix the refrigerator they had me put all of my food into coolers and left them in my kitchen for a week. All of my food spoiled and I was never reimbursed. The property managers Vince and Brian McAmis were rude and disrespectful and sent unlicensed handymen that simply put bandaids on the problems. They had to come out FOUR different times to fix the shower handles for the shower to work properly. This is not only an aggravation to the tenant but property owners should beware before having Century 21 Legacy represent them as they do not have their client's best interest in mind. There is no reason why a handyman needs to come out on four separate occasions to fix the same thing. 5 months into my lease, they bullied me out of the property with a fake eviction that they charged me for but never actually filed claiming I had extra people living in the home. My brother and his girlfriend came to visit and we all got coronavirus. We were quarantining!! They were there for a few weeks. Gail Landers did nothing about her employee's unreasonable behavior and blamed everything on the property owner. They took most of my security deposit when I left the home immaculate and even had the lawn care done the day before I left. I provided Gail with pictures of how I left the property and she claimed Vince has pictures as well but refused to show them to me. These people are outright crooks and bullies and completely unprofessional. I want to note that I paid my rent in full and early every single month. We eventually signed an agreement that released me of the lease. They knew they were wrong. Beware of Vince, Brian McAmis, Gail Landers and LoudHouse Realtors!!
