Despite that, we are now being told that they intend to keep our security deposit. This is extremely frustrating, especially after being given clear information during the move-out inspection that we would receive the full deposit back. We expected clear and honest communication throughout the move-out process, and this situation has left us very disappointed with how the matter has been handled.
