BEWARE! RUN, RUN AWAY! DO NOT go here. They sprayed a chemical on my wheels that destroyed them and immediately took a position of "I'm doing you a favor" to fix it - which they failed to do. My cars are perfect. I just got the entire car paint corrected and the wheels repainted by a certified Porsche shop and they were flawless. They now look like acid or milk is baked into them. When I brought it to them to fix, which they failed to do, I even caught the guy wiping down my entire car with a dirty barely wet rag. WTH? The owner is full of excuses and will clearly not stand behind damage they do. Excuses: It was that way when it came to us. Not true. The wheels have improper lacquer and coating. Not true. The wheels look good. Not true. FACTS: My paint was "just" re-corrected. My wheels were bright Glossy and Flawless. Yes, flawless. They now have a film over them and buffer scratched everywhere. They look old and worn down. Your detail guy wiped me entire dirty and dusty car down with a 1/2 damp dirty rag. I literally watch him doing it and told him to stop but he kept doing it. I instantly noticed the wheels were damaged, and you acted like you know my car and you do not. I will be sharing this experience with everyone in the car industry especially in the Aventura area. You need to learn how to own mistakes you make. Im neither dumb or weak so its not going to work. Cut a check so I can fix the damage you've done or brace yourself. read more

"Disappointing experience at APS AUTO SPA I took my car in for a routine wash and detailing, but when I got it back, I noticed that my rearview mirror was broken. Not only was it broken, but it was hanging loose and could have caused an accident if I hadn't noticed it. To make matters worse, when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they seemed unconcerned and told me it was probably already broken before I brought it in. Not true! I would have noticed a broken mirror beforehand. Unacceptable level of care and customer service. Will not be returning and would advise others to be cautious when using their services. "I have an office in this building and three cars that I wash approximately five times a month each. I am a regular customer, spending over $600 a month here ($7,200 per year) Recently, I was working late and arrived at the parking lot at 6:30 PM. My car was parked, washed, and the car wash was closed, with the keys left with the wash manager. This meant that my car was left in the parking lot locked, and I had no way to drive it home. I checked my phone, but there was no call or message asking me to pick up my car or giving instructions on where to leave the keys. I had to take a taxi home and only retrieved my car the next day. This was highly unprofessional and showed a lack of consideration for loyal customers. Today, I came to wash my two cars, and the manager asked me why I didn't pick up my car that day. I was understandably upset by the previous situation and told him that he could have called me, but his response was that it wasn't his responsibility... ok, today I pre-paid for the car wash and asked him to leave the keys in the car in case I arrived later, Manager refused to do it , in a very rude manner more than , after he refused to wash my car, stating that he didn't like me. During this encounter: - he raised his voice - used profanity in Spanish - insulted me (I never insulted him) - was rude, and declined to provide service. I have brought my car to this carwash several times. Chris, the manager was great! Super nice and sweet. I was sad to hear that he was not working with the company anymore after taking my car in for a wash recently. The other guys here do a good job and if you happen to be unsatisfied with something. They do their best to make sure that you leave happy. The only thing I wish they would include is a better wipe-down or shine of the interior seats for their wash packages. I paid for a wash and wax ($89) and my seats were just vacuumed and dusted. I had to go in myself and shine the seats. I will admit, I am a neat freak so my level of detail and cleanliness is different than others. Just seems like a bit of a waste after paying $90+ for a wash with dull-looking seats and interior. They did an amazing job. I had them shampoo the inside and I was amazed at how my car looks. Really impressed with their work. They were also very friendly. The price was very reasonable. A lot less then others. It was easy to book as well. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, it will be returned with damage and not cleaned at a cost to you. If there was a 0 star rating that would be what this Auto Spa earns. Not only were my doors damaged by whatever they used to vaccuum in the pockets in the doors, the interior is beige and they left BLACK grease on the glove box and used the grease towel to buff the outside leaving any scuffs now black filled with grease. The drivers side dash glass was foggy due to using a towel with grease on it, I paid $170 to go home to clean my car from the messes they left but cant clean the damage they left on the door pockets. The only reason I brought it in was to have the carpets washed due to a friend getting sick in the backseat, I pointed out the areas needed, and they returned the car within an hour to me saying they did everything... carpets were not even cleaned. I only left the lot without complaining because they brought a bright light and showed me one corner they did clean, paid and left, only to be able to see everything once outside of that dark garage. I highly reccomend you go somewhere else this place is a SCAM! read more

Price for full size SUV is not true. Waste of time! Came here from Sunny Isles because of the price. When I arrived manager gave me higher price and when I was showing him the price in their price list he told me that I can go to different car wash if I don't like their price!!! I was on Cadillac Escalade, price for full size SUV shown as $40, manager told me $45 and said that my car larger than full size SUV. This price doesn't exist in their price list!!! read more
