Unfortunately, this last visit may be my last. When I first got into the car, it looked okay, but once I took it outside in daylight, it was obvious that the cleaning was very poorly done. The entire front area was still dusty, as if it hadn't been wiped at all. The vacuuming was also not up to standard -- there were still a lot of small stones and debris (the little grit from the floor) left behind, which made it feel like the vacuum either wasn't working properly or wasn't used thoroughly. For almost $40 with tip, you expect a much better and more detailed clean. It's always sad when a business you like doesn't maintain the same standard of service. I hope this was just an off day, but this experience was very disappointing.

I was helped by none other than Precious, who is very knowledgeable and professional and walk me through the different options available. Despite there being a line, she was very courteous and I didn't feel rushed. She told me about perks and benefits of different memberships and help me find the best wash for what I was looking for without trying to push something I didn't need. All the packages are very well priced by the way it was just nice to be treated with that top-notch level of customer care that Precious offered- she's the reason for the fifth star. The wash itself was easier to navigate and I'm very happy with the quality and price point. I'm also happy to share with you all that their individual stations that have a dispenser with fresh towels of two different varieties which I've actually never seen before at Any Car Wash. There are two vacuums per station and also dual mounted hoses with interior cleaner and window glass washer as well, which was nice. Thanks to Sud stop Car Wash I was able to get in and out with the quality care wash and do something nice for Family. I'm thankful to this location and will be back soon with my own vehicle in the future.

We were looking to clean the car from the road grime and were looking for a car wash in the area and while waiting at the traffic light, although not listed in the Yelp app, we were able to see on the sign that they had a car wash. We stopped and got in line and went and purchased the standard car wash option for the automated car wash machine. Although we waited for quite a while to get the car washed, the machine did an average job of getting the car clean and getting us ready for our next adventure.

I found SudShine on Yelp and contacted David right away. Talking to him on the phone gave me great comfort that I probably found the right service. He was very accommodating, giving me an appropriate price for washing and detailing 2 SUV's and he was available on a Saturday morning when we needed him. I had my hose on the side of the house prepared, but when he drove up I learned he brings his own water supply and all the appropriate cleaning products. It was a big blue container of water he brings in the back of his truck. He was very organized and took out all the cleaning products and set himself up quickly and immediately started on the tires. David took his time to clean every inch of both our cars and sometimes I would go out to see how he was doing so we got to chat a little bit as he was working. He is very professional. I even had him clean the carpets and he gave me a very reasonable price to do that, which is not something we normally do but glad he was the one to do it. No hassles, detailed, timely and reasonable; I will be using him again and won't look any further.

I placed an inquiry on Yelp! Last night for detailers for the next day... today! Most were not available today. Technically sudshine want either... but I told each... emergency. Need someone Tuesday. Sudshine agreed to fit me in at the end of their day today. They did a phenomenal job cleaning my minivan in about 1.5 hours. I recognized their products... one of my neighbors uses them. They use good products to make your vehicle shine, top to bottom, wheels and all. I especially like a clean steering wheel... which they left me with. Highly recommend! Ambitious business owners!

I never had any complains, they would charge me $30 for my Honda Civic and I would leave satisfied. Until today. Please see all the pictures attached, judge for yourself and be very careful washing your car there, especially if it's black. First of all, when I arrived in my husband's Tesla Plaid, they tried selling me Waxing services, said it would be $90. I said I just want a wash, they told me $45 instead of $30 but I didn't bother asking any questions. Then when I came to pick up the car , it was VERY poorly washed, the trunk was not even vacuumed, to which they said "oh shit", there were soap stains all over the car and dried water droplets. Then after taking a closer look at the car, I found so many scratches, VERY obviously from the clothes they were using, because they were in circular motion. I'm a very young looking, petite girl, in whose face they just laughed and said with very obvious sarcasm that I was not being logical. I tried arguing and said the car was not like this when I dropped it off because I drive the car every day and would definitely notice such scratches. After I said that, I guess the manager or one of the main guys there, said something under his breath, threw some dirty cloth on the roof of my car, turned around and went up to his co workers and laughed about it. I just stood there and watched, feeling like I was some idiot who knows nothing about cars or how they are supposed to look after a car wash. NEEDLESS TO SAY I will not be ever coming back and will tell everyone about this experience.
