Once they finally did schedule a wash they did a pretty good job. The second wash was also a mission to schedule an appointment...which they cancelled about 30 minutes before the scheduled time...also a problem to reschedule. I was not able to get a return call for more than a week of trying to reach someone to schedule my 3rd and final wash. I ended up getting a credit from Groupon for the 3rd wash. I will not ever use them again....even if I wanted to I don't think I could ever get someone on the phone or to return a call.

The outside wasn't barely washed, the inside was not vacuumed underneath the carpets or the seatbelt buckle. The dash was not washed and still had smudges and grim on it. And the worst part if this wasn't all terrible enough, they cut up my car !!! (See photos attached) I took the car with no slits and cuts in the back seat fabric and it was returned to me with a huge gash in the fabric on the center console. Unacceptable. Unbelievable. Do not go here. If you respect yourself and your car and your money do not give them your business. I found SudShine on Yelp and contacted David right away. Talking to him on the phone gave me great comfort that I probably found the right service. He was very accommodating, giving me an appropriate price for washing and detailing 2 SUV's and he was available on a Saturday morning when we needed him. I had my hose on the side of the house prepared, but when he drove up I learned he brings his own water supply and all the appropriate cleaning products. It was a big blue container of water he brings in the back of his truck. He was very organized and took out all the cleaning products and set himself up quickly and immediately started on the tires. David took his time to clean every inch of both our cars and sometimes I would go out to see how he was doing so we got to chat a little bit as he was working. He is very professional. I even had him clean the carpets and he gave me a very reasonable price to do that, which is not something we normally do but glad he was the one to do it. No hassles, detailed, timely and reasonable; I will be using him again and won't look any further.

Sudshine agreed to fit me in at the end of their day today. They did a phenomenal job cleaning my minivan in about 1.5 hours. I recognized their products... one of my neighbors uses them. They use good products to make your vehicle shine, top to bottom, wheels and all. I especially like a clean steering wheel... which they left me with. Highly recommend! Ambitious business owners!

To top it off, we recently went to Naples, where we did some kayaking, and there was recent rain. The interior and exterior of our car were definitely muddy and dirty! I tried to book a cleaning within two hours on a Sunday afternoon. They called me promptly and asked if it were okay if they came the following day, which I agreed. I appreciate the great communication. I did rebook it again and had to pay online again, and I figured I would just talk to them about refunding the second booking. When Kewin came over, we decided we wanted our other van (which was primarily the van that chauffeured our dogs around) to be cleaned and asked if the 2nd payment can go towards the van instead. Kewin spoke to his boss, and they agreed. Let me tell you - Kewin was there for HOURS. Basically, it's almost the whole day. He was meticulous and cleaned every nook and cranny of both the SUV and the van. I was very impressed and I recommended it to my family who also got their cars cleaned within that week. This past Friday, they came to our home in Deerfield Beach and washed two SUVs. Only after they finished did they mention an added $10 trip fee, per vehicle. This was very unprofessional and should've been disclosed prior to booking. Nonetheless, I booked an appointment on Saturday for my car, only to have the scheduled time pass with no explanation on their end. I rescheduled twice for that day, with no one coming. I then tried again for Sunday, relying on their AI text bot, which proved to be completely worthless. I finally got a response from an actual human, who told me that our location was out of their service area. I reminded him that they were just here two days prior, and asked why their website would allow me to book at a ZIP Code that was out of their service area, which was blamed on their current website design. There are plenty of other Car Wash services that are significantly more reliable, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
