three times scheduled window washing, three times cancelled by APS two hours before scheduled arrival. just awful. never again.

absolutely the worst. DO NOT HIRE THEM. after giving them 10s of thousands of dollars in referrals they came out and scratched a window that i just replaced the glass on. their bad 250 dollar cleaning job cost me $900. these guys leave streaks and dirt everywhere even if they dont scratch your windows. very poor service. they really do deserve zero stars as many people have pointed out on this site. they are staying in business 1000% on just being the cheapest in town read more

So we used APS for our power washing and windows last year. No real problem. This year, I scheduled them, and confirmed in text the price for the power wash plus windows. When the worker was finished I asked about the windows. He said it was not included. So I talked with his manager, and sent them a screen shot of where they confirmed the price included windows. They said they agree that is what the text said, but that they could not do the windows for the quoted price. Additionally, there were numerous pant flecks left on our front porch that they failed to clean up after blasting paint of the front of our house. I would avoid them at all costs. read more

Zero stars if it would let me! Worse company I never did business with! Totally un-professional and un-reliable. Don't waste your time or money with them. Got a too good to be true flier in the mail, clean inside & outside of up to 40 windows. Wrote an Email 18Dec2021. Got a response 3 days later and then schedule the cleaning for Fri, 07Jan2022 @ 10 am. It took me ~ 1 hour to clear away stuff by the windows. By 10:30 am no show so I called and left a message on their answering machine - their message included don't call multiple time as that would delay their reply! They never called me back - obviously not a company I can trust for good customer service. I called ABC home & commercial services and got them schedule to come help. They cleaned my gutters today and I thought they did a very good job, and they cleaned up well afterwards.

Responded to a mail flyer from APS-Austin to wash the outside windows at my home. Should have been tipped off when no one answered the phone and it went to voicemail. Did receive a call back and set an appointment for 3 weeks out. Also given an expected arrival of between 8-10 am. Before the scheduled date I prepared the windows by removing all the solar screens, which I can do from inside the house. On the scheduled date, a Friday, I waited, and waited and waited. At 10:15 I called and left a message looking for them, which went to voicemail. Did the same at 1:15 pm and also sent an email. Between those 2 voicemails I called an additional 6 times. No one answered the phone. I wound up washing the windows myself . I received a call back the following Monday, apologizing, but that does me no good. They are unreliable and whoever is in charge of the phone needs to be available to answer if. Probably have one person who simply returns voicemails an hour a day. No way to run a business. read more

I tried these people from a mailing. Seemed like it was very affordable. However you get what you pay for. They were on time but the whole house wash was not done well. Windows were dirtier after they washed them. Ad said they would hand wash the outside windows and they didn't they used a power washer which was not good. They did clean the gutters but didn't flush them as stated in the ad. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Suggest you avoid this company. read more

I called to set up gutter and outside window cleaning. The woman on the phone spoke very softly and sounded half asleep. But she set up an appointment for a few days later. 2 men showed up on time, but tried to talk me into cancelling because it was very lightly raining, just a light mist. But I had them go ahead and do the work. They did an so-so job with the windows. But they left wads of paper towels in my gutter and on the ground on my patio. They left 2 garbage bags of heavy wet leaves in my driveway. While they were working they shouted obscenities at each other which could clearly be heard inside my home. I'm no delicate flower, so it's not a huge deal. But if you have young children at home you may not appreciate this. I will find another company next time. read more

Had them scheduled three days before painters were coming. They didn't show and didn't even call to say they weren't coming. They then said they were booked for the next week. So we scrambled and found someone else. read more

Our windows are now clean, but it was difficult to get to that point because 1) they canceled or no-showed 3 times over 6 weeks, 2) the office person does not call back in a timely manner, and is overly pushy when she does, and 3) they over-invoiced until I demanded that they price each detail on the invoice, at which point they agreed their invoice was overstated by more than 20%. I answered a flyer that came to our house. The woman who answered the phone seemed unengaged and uncaring . I had an appointment for gutter cleaning. It was cancelled by APS on the day of. The following appt. the crew did not show up or phoned and cancelled. When I called the office on the next business day, the same sleepy receptionist was unaware and seemed not concerned. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule, I told her no. She said that maybe I wanted to hire someone else. They are unreliable and unprofessional. Stay away . read more

AVOID this company! We recently received a flyer with favorable prices and so decided to try them. They used razors on the windows (without asking - why would anyone use a razor on a window? This alone is foolish) and made several scratches. On our front window, the razor cut and tore our window tint. After texting, and making several calls, we received no response. This was a disaster - please avoid our mistake and do not use APS. read more

First of all, the guy came in 45 min. late. The result of their job is kinda okay. That's all.

We received a mail offer (introductory) which sounded exceptionally inexpensive. We scheduled an appointment for exterior windows only and were told they would arrive around 8 o'clock in the morning. When they weren't there by 8:30 I called and eventually the tech arrived sometime after 945. We had told them that we were going to have to leave the house by 10 and that's why we wanted them there at eight so we could see the quality of their work while we were at home. We even removed all the screens before the tech got here to make it easier for them. When we got home we were disappointed to see that at least five of the windows in the house looked very streaky/filmy. We will not be hiring APS again. When they billed me there was no way to tell them about the bad experience, and they didn't ask for a review. As they say, if an offer sounds too good to be true, it probably is. read more

The two fellows who washed my house came on time and were competent, efficient and effective. They did a great job! And my house is on an awkward slope; but that didn't break their steady and sure teamwork. If I ran a business like this, I'd be lucky to have them as employees. I'm very very impressed. read more

I received an offer in the mail for gutter cleaning (any size house for $99.00 up to 5000 sq. ft.). I was in the limit but agreed to $149.00 because some of the gutter had leaf guards (phone estimate). I was not able to check the work when it was finished, the two men were here a little over an hour, but I ask if everything was finished and cleaned up. Yes sir was the answer. With a little luck I will be able to clean up the mess that was left by the end of the day. I have called my pool cleaning company to see if by chance they can come and clean the pool today to get the trash out that was washed into it as they cleaned that area. I have finished washing down the patio furniture and will start on the deck shortly. I would also like to add that my home is one story and does not have a steep roof which, I would think, would lend itself to a simple operation. As you might guess I would not recommend this company for any service they offer. read more

Yesterday I had APS clean my windows. The company had a coupon circular in the mail so I gave them a try and I am very pleased with the results. The young men that cleaned the windows, inside and out, were very efficient and respectful of my house. read more
