I was searching for a window cleaning company to clean about 30 windows in my home. Casa Washa contacted me (I guess they saw that I was looking?) - they quoted a very good price (that should have been my red flag). The person that phoned me said that for the price, they would wash the interior and exterior windows including screens and sills. I agreed. I was told they were on their way and I saw the truck drive by and assumed they would turn around and come back. 20 minutes later nobody had come so I texted - he had been sitting in another driveway down the street - he had the wrong address but nobody ever called or messaged me. A young guy showed up (only one, apparently the other person was given the day off?!). He started inside and when I went to my bedroom upstairs was in there and had taken the DIRTY screens off and put them on my bed?!?! That was my first clue that something was off. The cleaning took a really long time because there was only one person cleaning and I had to leave before he was done (I tipped him and left him cleaning the outside) so I looked around after I got home and couldn't believe it. Below every single inside window and on the walls beside, were dirty water drops/stains - every single one. There were scratches on the wall. The beds had dust all over them because he had put dirty screens them and then they were never even cleaned?!? When they cleaned the exteriors, there were drips/streaks down all of them. The outside screen doors had been partly sprayed so were mostly dirty apart from the spray marks. None of the sills were cleaned. I also found a deep scratch in my new floors when he moved a lamp. I called and left a message about all the issues and I was told they would come back and redo the outside. I told them it wasn't necessary but she insisted. It took some time but someone came back a while later. I told her I would not be able to stay and she said they would take care of it. This time ended up being even worse - when I came home one of the door screens was just leaning against the house. The screens had not been recleaned and the sills had not been cleaned. The windows looked slightly better. At this point I was super angry (and still am). I called and left a message about what had happened and after I missed her return call, they never called back. I sent a message stating I wanted half of the money I had paid back because I was going to have the exterior redone and never heard back. It has been over a month, still nothing. I would have thought they would have tried to make good so I am writing this review. Do not have this company do your windows - the price may sound good but you will end up with dirty, streaky windows, dirty beds, damage to floors and screen doors. I learned my lesson, never again.

We reached out to Touch of Class and they rearranged things to get out to us on the 29th, before we moved in the following day. It went down hill from there. Honestly, the mistake was mine, they had no online presence and not one single review to be found anywhere. But, I figured what was the worst that could happen? A bad cleaning job? Wrong. Sadly they dented our refrigerator. We had ordered a new refrigerator before we closed and we were pleasantly surprised that the sellers had left their new refrigerator for us. We thoroughly looked over the refrigerator and inspected it to find it was in perfect shape, which is why we were 1000% certain the dent wasn't there just hours before Touch of Class showed up, so we cancelled our order with Best Buy and moved on. I had the refrigerator pulled out because it is encased and we wanted it cleaned on top and behind because the previous owner had a German Shepard and there was dog hair everywhere. Sadly, I am unsure how, either by squeezing behind the refrigerator to sweep and mop or by opening the front door on the refrigerator trying to clean inside while it was pulled out, they dented it. Listen, being a business owner, I understand mistakes happen. BUT, the minute we noticed what had happened and brought it up, the first reaction from Alex was not to come and look, but to just react and say "I don't know what to tell you, wasn't us". After we went back and forth about 5 times, I had to walk away, we were getting nowhere and obviously I was super unhappy. Then it escalated more, while I was out back my wife went in and was wrapping up payment with them and Alex says, "uh it was there when we got here". The lying really was too far. They messaged me their insurance and I reached out. Well, that was just a waste of time. Not even sure why they messaged me their insurance, other than to pretend to do the right thing at the moment. The minute their insurance reached out to them, they just simply denied it and lied to them too. It's sad. Mistakes happen, we all make them. But, how you handle the mistake you make is what makes you a good business owner vs a business that will likely not be around long (if we are lucky). Also, we have pictures of before the clean and after the clean, which we provided their insurance company also. However, in this case, the lies Alex told to his insurance some how trumped the truth and the proof we have. I am appealing with their insurance company. I wish they didn't have reviews turned off on their Facebook page, it's obvious why they do, now. But, as I told Alex in our final communication, I will review them everywhere I can, what they did was wrong and the cost of lying and doing the wrong thing when they messed up is always far more than doing the right think and moving on. The only solace I have is that karma gets bad companies like Touch of Class every time, in short order.
