I attempted to do a walk-in for a waxing service during their early hours because their online system wouldn't allow me to book two services at the same time. While I understand I should have called first, the owner's reaction was completely unprofessional. Instead of handling the situation politely, they spoke to me in a deeply disrespectful, mocking manner. Communication from management is consistently rude and unwelcoming. If you need advice or recommendations on services, look elsewhere--they will make you feel bad for asking questions. To look at the positive side, their work has always been good, and the only reason I ever continued to use their services is because of their kind, amazing staff who do an excellent job on pedicures. However, the owners should work on their customer service and treat all their loyal customers the same way. It is further upsetting that the management responded to my google review stating its was a miscommunication and I failed to understand what they said(again making fun of my understanding clearly). That said, there clearly wasn't a miscommunication, but open disrespect. We both spoke in English, and it is not difficult to understand the word 'waxing'--it certainly did not require sign language to make me understand what was meant. Making fun of someone's accent is never appreciated. I hope they take this review in the right spirit and address it.

She asked where I lived and apparently she's about an hour from me however she has clients in the area and was able to squeeze me into her booked up schedule last minute just yesterday. Anna showed up promptly and throughout my entire service she also helped me with my newborn who was literally attached to me either sleeping or breastfeeding. My gel manicure turned out exactly how I wanted and the foot massage I got with my pedicure was heavenly (and soooo needed after the rough pregnancy I just had and an intense labor story). I made an appointment, and they got me in right on time, which I really appreciated. The place was very clean, the staff was friendly, and their prices were great. I explained that I'm a little rough with my hands and prefer my nails to be a bit thicker, and they really listened and accommodated exactly what I asked for. So far, I'm happy with the experience! The real test will be seeing how well they hold up this week--but first impression, definitely a good one.
