I was a tad hesitant when told the basic pedicure is $35.00, but there was no wait so I went with it. While sitting in the chair I opted for the first upgrade from the basic service, the Deluxe Pedicure for $50. It was quite nice and very relaxing. I almost could have dozed off for a few. The treatment was precise and gentle where required, firm but not rough or aggressive with salt scrub, massaging, or hot rock application. Definitely deserving of more than the suggested 20% tip that pops up on the screen when checking out. And my nails look perfect. Of course the color selection was my touch so of course I love that. Felt good getting a little pampering. I was long overdue. There was little to no conversation, but I was preoccupied with catching up on social media so I wasn't bothered by this. Finally, a nice little Bonus. Was gifted some Bare Soak silky butter lotion 100ml since this was my first time here.

We all got the deluxe pedi ($47) where they scrub, massage, remove calluses, soak, hot stone, lotion and polish (not in that particular order). It was a nice treat since I never get one. I don't believe it. I think there was miscommunication and I was given the upgraded pedicure although I clearly stated I wanted the basic pedicure, which is an unfortunate rip off. Not what I was planning on paying at all and would deter me from returning for future services despite the pedicure itself being nice.

Hannah is truly a nail goddess! I am absolutely OBSESSED with my nails - she took my vision and brought it to life even better than I imagined. I came back an hour later (I left there at 5, got home and got others opinions to confirm it was not good work) I came back at 6pm to ask if maybe they could remove the polish (or refund the mani) cause it looks bad and they were all gone an hour earlier than the time they advertise it closes. They close at 7pm per their door and Apple Maps. So I'm leaving this review instead. I get it's my fault for not voicing my opinion but I ended up coming back to ask if they can fix and no one was there. I should add that every time the lady poked me with the tool she did apologize... and then while she painted my toes she kept telling me the number 3.... Then said she didn't know English, I understand the language barrier but she could have asked the other people to translate if she was trying to communicate something to me?
