*Under New Ownership* I saw the grand opening signs on the street and needed a pedicure. I guess that was a "sign" to go in and try them. It's a sweet couple that owns the salon. The salon itself had a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. It looked and felt very clean. The wife was the one who gave me the pedicure. She was very grateful that I came in. So finding this place took a moment, I walked in and it was nice. And the prices looked reasonable. They told me my total was 70 dollars but they charged my card 86.00 I gave Cindy and Henry both a good tip for a little foot massage that charged me 40 dollars. My full set was lumpy and kept cutting my skin. Very choppy. I don't think I will tell anyone to go here. Also when you run someone's feet it is to relax them, not to be rushed. read more

MY STORY----Wish I could do 0 stars. I wanted to walk out the minute I walked in. Let me just say I was there for nearly 2 hours getting a basic pedicure w/ GEL. The lady took another customer while doing my pedi, just had some sit in her chair & cut my skin away, im certain this man COULD NOT see what he was doing. 1st flag: VERY OUTDATED, DIRTY ( there was a toenail on the little table where i was about to set my coffee, and smelled like old people live in there) 2nd red flag: The DRILLED my gel color off, rather than soaking it, Im the only customer by this time so they had PLENTY of time. The actual pedicure itself was painful. Only decent thing was the 2 mins massage on each leg. Ill give her that credit. 3rd flag: I just wanted WHITE toes, the "polish" was WATERY. she left it under the light for about a minute after each coat, the "gel" never dried. BUT if it wouldn't peel she would just leave it. So I went home with a FRESH (literally) pedicure. Heres why I'm not just letting this go; I was wearing some limited edition CROCS that now have all this white nail polish on, and they are RED. so i cant just use acetone... I called the salon may be 5 mins after I left and asked for a refund. She said " I don't have cash sorry" , keep in mind i paid with my debit card. so you know how I said the lady stopped doing my pedi to attend someone else?? Well.. this older man, about 80-90YO came in asking for a pedicure. She was very quick to get up and leave to serve him. But when i was what she was doing I couldn't believe it. This lady gave this man a "pedicure" in less than 15 mins. If i heard correctly he had picked an expensive pedicure... She asked him if "everyone ok" he said "yes" her answer"ok u go pay" .. straight took this poor mans money!!!! With definitely NOT be coming back OR recommending this place to anyone read more

Place was great when Tammy was there, but now it's horrible. I got a pedicure and full set and pedicure was ok but set was so ugly not at all what I asked for. I said coffin and the woman automatically cut my nails super short and did a horrendous rectangle shape. The woman even got up halfway through paint job to answer her cell phone, she left all kinds of acrylic stuck to the sides of my fingers and under the nails it so ugly. I got a full set, chrome pink shellac. I got done, pointed out the flaws with the lady, and she said it will go away in time... the nails look horrific and embarrassing, super fragile. Will not return. 61.75 for a full set that looked the way they did... no thanks. Im not picky, but please make the color stick to the nail not look like i painted them myself... i wish it was better. I have been waiting a long time to go get my nails done since this whole COVID19 lockdown. I finally was able to take my daughter, myself and my sister out for a girls day. We came here today, and ended up spending 170 dollars on total crap, and she told me that it was my nails that were crooked. My sisters toenail polish is already peeling off, her acrylics are all misshaped; and mine are literally crooked. They left all the excess powder and glue all over our fingers. They were very nice but they didn't do a good job. I don't complain, but 170 dollars is a lot of money to spend and be unhappy with. read more

I've come in here a couple of times during my lunch break and have been fortunate enough to get someone who works fast so I can fit it in within my 1 hour time limit, but also doesn't rush it and keeps the high quality of a manicure and pedicure. They have a great selection of polishes to choose from, even a nonUV light gel polish. It costs a bit more than a regular manicure, but less than a gel manicure. I wish I had the option to give this place negative stars because every experience I have had is horrible. My first occasion I had made an appointment a day prior for a mani/pedi. Once I arrived, on time, I was told I would have to wait a few more minutes. Those "few minutes" turned into 30 minutes. What's the point of the appointment?! When I finally sat down I had to remind the girl I had asked for a gel manicure. Then the girl informed me she actually did not know how to do gel and would have to go back to waiting. Great! In total I waited for nearly an hour. The second girl finally did my nails (another hour or so) and then told me she would not be able to do my pedi because she had two people getting pedis. There was two extra seats and around three workers sitting around on their phone. In order to get my pedi I had to come the next day. I was beyond upset. There was no reason for me to stay there for two hours and only have a gel manicure done. I attempted to give this place a second chance seeing it is extremely close to my current living location. My second occasion I called in to ensure they weren't busy and if were to stop by I could be assisted right away. They answered immediately and said they would in fact be able to help me because they were slow. I arrive and i'm sitting down because there was only one girl finishing up on a client. She asked what I needed and I said I was just looking to get a gel manicure, and I see/hear her calling a girl from the back. She lets me sit there for around 5 minutes, and then tells me I am going to have to come the next day to get a mani because the other girl from the back magically left home and she was with a client. I was honestly so bewildered. I arrived at 5 and they close at 7. You mean to tell me it's going to take you 2 hours to finish nails that you are ALREADY FINISHING?!?! Needless to say I will not be returning to this sorry place of a salon. They obviously do not care about their customers or improving their service. read more

I had my 4 year old in tow and they were good to her even though I know she can be a bit much with her 101 questions. The worst acrylic fill I've ever had. First off, she started putting the wrong color on my hands. I asked for coral, even showed her a picture, and she started putting on a burnt orange color. I immediately told her that I didn't think it was the right color, and she told me she'd paint them all that color and then do the next coat the correct color, instead of just wiping off that one nail and starting over... What?? It was too late to leave at this point, so I just bit my tongue and waited for her to finish. I asked for some stripes on my ring finger for that metallic striped accent nail look. Little did I know that I would be bopped a whopping $12 for it... Extremely steep for a couple pieces of little tape, and I wish this would have been disclosed to me before I had it done. I left the salon to find that none of my nails were even. Some are slanted up, some and slanted down, I have sharp edges on some and very rounded edges on others. I have never felt so disrespected either. I wasn't spoken to the entire time, all the women just spoke to each other in another language and laughed. I think I was told "Hi" and "You owe $40. Bye." I would highly advise staying away from this place. This is my first negative review I've ever written. Usually I wouldn't say anything... But this was the worst service I've ever gotten. My nails look so sloppy. Probably going to go have my nails removed ELSEWHERE tomorrow. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for about a year. It was my go to spot once I got out of work and I would always come in and see Tammy. Now that the salon is under new management It has all went downhill from there. There's 2 girls that are super sweet but their work is not so good. I have never had ombré nails and wanted to try something new so I showed them a picture of how I wanted It and she said ok I can do It. Once she was finished I about had a heart attack. I corrected her and asked her to redo my nails because that was unacceptable and I was NOT going to pay for crappy nails that looked like a 2 year old did them for me. She kept saying "no no it's cute. That's how ombré is suppose to look" I told her again to fix them because I did not like them. She said ok and started to fix them while I was getting a pedi she had a major attitude. She walked over and cut me THREE different times, kicked my shoes across the room because they were in her way. She kept shacking her head. Finally, she re-did my nails and I finished my pedi and left. I can't believe she had the audacity to tell me these nails were cute. HELL NAH!!! Came to get a cute square/short natural look. Got nothing close. My nails were thick, wide, all different shapes and just not natural. She did a great job with the polish. When I went to cash out the lady told me $32. Received my change of $7. when I questioned it she said $42. All in all this place was horrible. Hated every nail. I honestly was a little weary when I came in because it was very plain looking and no customers were in there.. Both workers were extremely quiet but helped me pick out my gel colors. Suzy did SUCH a good job. I can't believe how meticulous and careful she was each step of the way for my gel nails. I am impressed. She did such a good job, I tipped her way more than I tip any other nail tech. The only reason this place gets a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the look of the shop. read more
