I think they found a way in that wasn't treated as part of the pre-season preventative treatment. Unfortunately the nest got quite large because we didn't notice quickly and was in a tough to access spot. We contacted Gannon and they sent someone out, at no cost to us, covered by their guarantee. He was prompt and very efficient, as he arrived with all he needed to get the job done, and did not need to 'talk now and come back in a couple of weeks'.
