The rest of his teeth are fully aligned with a perfect bite. I only visited 5 star rated ortho's. The 1st got me in 1 week after I called & recommended Invisalign but many their reviews said for some reason that ortho "pushed" many clients toward Invisalign rather than braces even when customer wanted braces. Dr told me even though my son shouldn't need to wear them for 2 yrs because he only has slight crowding, the cost of $4750 is the same whether 2 yrs or 1 yr of wear time. 2nd Ortho got me in 2weeks after my initial call & recommended braces for full 2yrs might not need them on for 2yrs but they cost the same as if he'd need them on 2yrs $4250. Then I called Dr Marcincin, was mid summer now and I told staff I really was interested in getting him braces or Invisalign before school started if possible so the very next opening. They got me an appt 3 days later but before our call ended there was a cancellation so I got in next day. There was no long office wait, her staff is a well oiled machine, we were seen less than 5 minutes after walking in the office. She went thru pro's & cons of each for braces vs Invisalign as well as pricing. Invisalign was cheaper and since he only had slight crowding on a few teeth she gave me pricing based upon 10 months not 2 yrs $2750!! Please understand my child's situation might be different from your child's situation so do not think Invisalign is this price for everyone but compared to the other Ortho's we saw who KNEW my sons slight crowding would not require 2 yrs of treatment but said they would have to charge me for full treatment, Dr Marcincin's services came out on top not only for time to get in, time to be seen once at the office, time he'd need to wear them to straighten, office staff customer service and finally PRICING! Hands down the best option for our family! So if you are looking, go see her... consults are free and if this review saved you some money over another Orthodontist's pricing please tell her I sent you so we both get a discount. Dr. Marcincin is an embarrassment to the profession and the staff is unfriendly, fake, unhelpful, and completely blind to the needs of the patients. I would always sit close to the reception desk to listen to how cold these ladies were to the staff. If you are considering braces for yourself or your child, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Go out of the State if you must, just don't go to this practice. The level of incompetence is off the charts. They only want your money, they do not care about you personally or the service they provide. Actually they are providing a disservice. The only service they provide is to other Orthodontists because sooner or later you will have to fine one to fix the mess made by this woman.

I had a very bad experience recently. They sent a text to my husband, who did not have an…read moreappointment, to update my son's and my records. I used my husbands phone to sign the HIPPA forms. Upon arrival the receptionist said that I had to put all of our personal information, insurance info and and medical information into their new portal since they had a new computer system and texted links to me to do it separately for myself and my son. I said that I wished that they would transfer the information from there old system and she said yes, me too. I told her when I was having trouble with the with the portal and she just looked at me. While I was sitting in the waiting room entering information I heard a hygienist come to look for us and the receptionist told her that we cannot go back until I finish entering the portal. While this was going on another patient came in with another person and was in the waiting room cursing including using the F word. Then the receptionist addressed him by his first name and told him he could go back, which led me to believe that she knew him. No, hey sorry about the language, etc. Not a good environment when you have a child/children with you. When we went back to the exam room the hygienist said that the dentist would exam my teeth before she cleaned them and he did; which doesn't seem like a thorough exam to me but it seemed that he was planning to leave for the evening. When the hygienist asked to re-schedule us, I told her that I didn't think that we'd be back. When she asked why, I said that I would include it in my survey response since they normally send a link after appointments. I did mention to bad environment in the waiting room for children and she responded that it wasn't an employee but a patient. I would be apologizing if it was one of my customers but I guess that the medical / dental industry handles things differently. Any-who, I guess they didn't want the feedback since for the first time I did not receive a text with a link to a survey. There has been a lot of turn-over with the hygienist and front office employees since Dr. Wolfe has retired and the service is not the same.

They told me I have over 12 cavities so I went back to my normal dentist to have him look, and he said there weren't even things to watch for. They were all so tiny that fillings are completely unnecessary and wouldn't get worse as long as I improved my dental care. Also, my hygienist at Wolfe Dental was sweet, however the doctor was not. She did not introduce herself to me and did not even tell me I had any cavities until I received my treatment plan and saw it myself.
