No respect for peoples property. They don't park in front of the house they are servicing and park in front of neighbors walking across thier lawn instead and spilling chemicals. I asked not to do this but they continue. This is a training issue. read more

Where to start. Poor work ethic. Horrible "professionals" (Thomas) that were supposed to work on my pool. Didn't show up on time. Then a particular worker got racist when I specifically told that they messaged that they would be at my home by 8 am. Not going to use this company ever again. read more

We paid them in full, on time. They did shoddy work, left the job unfinished and have not honored their warranty. We have asked them to make it right many times, but instead received excuses, bills for warranty work and been ignored. During construction the travertine got damaged and without our permission they tried covering it with hardware sealant which changed the color and made it slippery. My husband nearly fell and hit his head entering the pool for the first time. They insisted they had done us a favor and refused to take responsibility. The deck was poured poorly and is still not completed as agreed. Both times we were made to sign acceptance or they refused to move forward. The mastic was never done. They tried charging us for a warranty grout job that was supervised by them. Afterwards, they sent us a unilateral change order bill that had never been discussed. We were told that if we didn't pay it, they would claim we were not paid in full and use it as a reason to break the contract, not finish the job, or honor the warranty. A grout inspector, with 10 year of experience, determined that the entire grout job was done incorrectly and there is permanent damage (gray is now white). We notified them, but they broke the contract and continue to ignore us. See pictures. Their website states they're A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau. On the BBB site they have an F rating and the following alert: Misuse of BBB Name and/or Logo: "Although this company is not an Accredited Business of the Better Business Bureau, they advertise to be an Accredited Business in their company website. Beware of poor communication: "Promptly at 7am," means when? At 9:30am we were told, "in route," Just about anywhere in the Houston area should get you to our yard by 10:30am. Tick Tock, Tick Tock ... not the first time we are relayed incorrect information... Absolutely this company is only finishing what we have already paid for. Our pool was demolished Aug 16th, today is Sept 24th and we are still waiting on gunite to complete (let me add correctly complete) this portion of the renovation. My review?
