I bought the chemicals from them and I cleaned my pool on my own, I hired them for the full service during the summer, it is worth mentioning that the guy who gave me the service was very kind but when I questioned him because they had double charged me in the second month he told me that I should talk to the office. I was attended by an employee who said was the manager, she told me that they had cleaned my filter, I explained to her that nobody had notified me that this service was going to be carried out because I had already bought new filters (not installed) since they were broken. She showed me a photo of her phone that was supposed to be my filters (dirty) but I don't recognize the place as my house, nor did she show me a photo of them clean and she told me very angry and arrogant that the service had already been done and although it was her fault for not having sent me a previous email as they do with everyone, and she stated that they would no longer provide me with the service, I told her that I wanted to talk to the owner and she only limited herself to say that the owner didn't have a personal email were I could contact her directly, only the general email of the company that is the one that she manages. Definitely, if the owner is not aware of this, they will end her business with a terrible reputation, because it is not possible for them to deceive you and kick you out! Stay away from these people while they are still running that business, they need to learn how to conduct their business more professional..! read more

Came and did repairs that didn't fix my problem then said I had to replace other components. When I contacted another pool company to come out and get a second opinion basically said the work that they did was incorrect and they replaced the items that they "supposedly" fixed. The technician came out last week to fix an issue with my pool motor. The technician was very informative and took the time to educate me regarding the cause and the solution to my pool issue. The technician was very professional and polite. He got my pool up and running in no time. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again if needed. Very long response time. After their technician finally shows up I had to point him to the problems that we have instead of the opposite. After the inspection, I requested a detailed report about what has to get done and why. It's been almost two weeks since I am waiting for my report. Emailed and called them a few times already​. Maybe they decided that it to shady​ for somebody to ask for a detailed report...idk I would work with these​ people again. That's not how the service works. read more

Would not recommend this company. I called 4 days ago to inquire about cost and availability to get my pool filter cleaned. The price I was quoted was fine but was told it'll be a few days. Well this morning I finally got a call back from them and they left a voice mail saying the pool tech was 5 mins away from my house to service it. I'm thinking really? I haven't heard from them in 4 days and all of a sudden they're just going to show up to my house. Didn't call to ask if today is good or if anyone is even home today. Just assume it is and head on over I guess. I called them back and the woman on the phone there wants to get an attitude with me as well. Used them to clean our pool and for chem the last year because they came recommended by the people we purchased the house from. Been satisfied from the service and price. We just do chemicals now. One thing you can't put a price on is that every time I've had an emergency or perceived emergency even, they've come out the same day. One was like 6:30 at night even. I should have written this last summer but haven't been on yelp for quite awhile. This is about the repair Champions Pool Repair did for us last July 2018. Our pool is big and has 2 skimmers. One of the skimmers cracked so a bit of water was leaking and we knew it would only get worse. The company that services our pool wanted $400 to $500 just to "test" the skimmer plus $1400 to replace the skimmer. Champions replaced the skimmer for a charge of $1400 total and did a superb job, even matched the river rock on our old patio so you wouldn't know it had been patched. Now I will say we had some difficulty with communication between the owner and the repair crew, but no one could have done a better repair job and we felt it was a fair price. read more

Wonderful company. They were able to figure out why my pool pump was suffocating when my Jandy Valve was turned into SPA OFF mode. Three other pool companies were not able to figure it out. The work was done on time and with great effort. They really know what they are doing and I highly recommend them. read more

I've had several pool service companies over the years. I stop them after awhile when I think I can do a better job. That's not the case with Champions. The quality of work exceeds what I can do. My pool was perfect all summer long. read more

I personally can't understand the one star rating. It's interesting the poster is in Sugarland and the business is in North Spring....she must have the wrong business. I have been doing business with Champion Pool for years and have never had a bad experience. They are truthful. Knowledgable and usually offer same day service on repairs. read more

This is a horrible company. They only work by leaving messages, and after we had an inspection completed they refused to return messages for me to get a hard copy of the inspection. Doing a reverse look up of their phone number it appears that they either do business by other names, or they've changed their name in the past... probably due to poor reputation. read more
