We had the chance to talk a lot and I loved hearing about the initiatives she was implementing to further better her client care and satisfaction. The first thing I noticed was the attention to detail in the thorough inspection of every aspect of my system and the knowledgable staff. (I think it was Chuck that explained it all for us) I was instantly impressed. Then, not only did they MAKE the suggestions, they followed through IMMEDIATELY with the upgrades I approved, not MONTHS later after multiple reminders. After my first service I walked into my back yard and DIDNT RECOGNIZE MY OWN POOL. It shimmered like it did YEARS ago when we first opened it. It ran more efficiently and my negative edge spa was finally getting cleaned too! I also love the convenience of knowing EXACTLY what my charge will be every month on the regulator plan they offer. I called to complained about wanting a new pool person because 2 1/2 weeks go by I haven't had any chlorine tablets and my pool is dirty and very cloudy so please give me a new one or come see what is going on. they called me back and said chlorine was high was the excuse they gave me. Now I decided to take a cup of water to Leslie's and guess what. it wasn't high from their report so I asked my neighbor to come see why my vacuum is not working for 2 1/2 weeks. guess what, filter in the picture is full. Next , the other filter has been broke is why it won't catch and I get no new pool guy and next the pool hasn't been cleaned in 2 1/2 weeks again in the picture. poor service is what i get. Worst company ever. Just moved here from CA, bought this…read morehouse mainly because it has a pool. We paid 10K for plaster and a new pump. The pump was set up wrong and the backwash valve was reversed. When fired up it created a clog. When we bought the house the inspector told us the pump needed to be changed, but other than that all was fine. After the new pump we no longer had circulation. The pool is now a pond. Both my wife and I expressed verbally we wanted full service cleaning to both Oliver and Lance. Lance is horrible at communicating and taking responsibility. He lacks business morals and is uncaring about his work as a owner. Oliver, the other owner, slightly edges him out as a better owner. Not by much because he is very lackadaisical with his promises. Oliver had told my wife a plumber would be out to look at this problem. To find out why the circulation doesn't work and where the clog is. This is not as much a complaint as it is more of a warning to the consumer. I have filed a complaint with the Arizona Contractors Board and the BBB. I encourage everyone with a valid complaint to help others by going to the other 2 agencies.

Lance told me to give them a 30 min buffer and joked that they weren't like other places that make you wait all day before coming. Day of the appointment, waited for almost 2 hours and no one came. I even called their number and left messages for Oliver inquiring where they were. No answer and no one showed, so I went to run errands at the store. Lance called me when I was at the store saying he was at my house. I said the appointment was for 11:30, but he said that his calendar showed 11:30-1:30 availability. I thought I heard wrong when I was at the shop, so I quickly finished my errand and went home to meet him. Lance saw the backyard and took some notes on his phone (size of pool, filter, etc), but he never took any measurements. He told me that they would have the quote to me by the end of the weekend. Come Monday, there was no quote, nor after a week. Called Lance to follow-up and he said that he initiated the quote request and didn't know what happened and that he would check on it. It's been 3 weeks now, so this ship has sailed. I know that pool contractors are busy now due to the pandemic, but if you cannot accommodate a quote just let me know so that I don't waste my time.

Makes claims that he has been Facebook hacked and thus can't respond appropriately. He has told people he has Covid, also has cancer just a lot of different things that would make him untrustworthy. If he did have those medical conditions he should still reach out and let people know he has to temporarily suspend services.
