We had a scheduled seabreacher experience today with this company arrived and they didn't show up. They wasted the last day of our vacation and 4 hours of driving. They wouldn't return are calls and texted us 30 minutes after our scheduled time. A hour and a half after they text us refusing to call telling us the seabreachers were out of service. They sent us confirmation yesterday. They are unreliable and would not recommend wasting your time or money. There are plenty of great companies that appreciate business this is not one of them! read more

Booked online with this company, but the following day they advised me they had mechanical issues and no longer offered that service. They said they would refund me, all good, life happens, no worries, wish them the best in their business.... HOWEVER.... 15 days later I have not received a refund. They do not answer my calls. Do not follow up to my voicemails. Minimal texting response, but none of value. And I still don't have my money back. I am now angrily sitting here filling out reviews. Disputing charges with my credit card company. And reporting a theft with their local police department. Shit that isn't necessary for something so silly. Most of their reviews are good. Good for them. Maybe most of the time they are great. But hey. Maybe you get a bad batch. Just keep that in mind. Maybe take your business elsewhere. read more

Booked a half hour flyboard session with Aquaflight online. I showed up to their office at the marina in Fort Lauderdale at 10:00am which was my scheduled time. Aquaflight office lights were on but it was locked with a sign on the door saying that the staff is, "On the docks". Called when I got there and left a message with no reply. Called again twice for a half hour with no response. I then walked around the marina asking dock workers if they know where Aquaflight does their flyboard sessions. Nobody knew anything about them. It's now 5:00pm and they never returned my call. Lame!!! read more

Me and my twin sister were down from pitsburgh and decided to try flyboarding and we came across aqua flight! I was nervous at first but once captain Kevin and the instructor Anthony explained everything I got super excited! Both me and my twin sister got up on our first try and we were flying through the air! There is no feeling like flying! AMAZING!!!! Me and a friend went skyboarding. Very good communication, no problem finding the place. They give you good instructions before sending you in water. This is something I've been dying to do for the longest time and finally did! Definitely the best experience and am glad I chose to do it with this place and not any other in Florida. This was beyond fun and just an experience that is a must when coming to Florida. Even if you're not the one flying, it's fun to watch your family and friends doing it. And honestly, if you're doubting that you won't be able to do it- you will! Dragged my brother, dad and best friend along and everyone had a blast- whether they were watching or in the air too. Both of the guys were super friendly and nice!! They are super helpful, patient, and very clear with instructors and are just having a blast with you! This company is a FRAUD! I contacted them a week and a half in advance to set my reservation time. The owner literally TEXTED ME BACK "Let's do it" and asked for my voucher number and all! Once it was the day of the reservation, I contacted the company asking where we should meet at. They texted me back saying "Hello, we don't have any availability at the moment.. the boat is having issues" WHATTTTT!?! First and foremost, if something is wrong with the boat why wouldn't you inform your customers? I called the company SIX TIMES AND THEY IGNORED EVERY LAST CALL!!!! So at this point I'm thinking it's a scam and I contacted the police. I then had someone call from a different number and what do you know, they answered!!! Once I got on the phone with the owner he tried to say that I NEVER made a reservation... literally lying through his teeth. Then on top of that they REDEEMED the Groupon for the reservation after telling me the boat was having issues. So which one is it? Was the boat having issues or did I not make the reservation!?!? I spoke with a security guard from the docks and they said the company doesn't dock there. THIS IS A SCAM!!! If you come across this company please contact the Better Business Bureau to report fraudulent activity! read more

Our experience was absolutely horrible. When we showed up where the kayaks were docked there was no one there. The kayaks were in the water, and filthy at that. Especially with everything going on right now you would hope they would be cleaner. They also were impossible to get to, we would have had to go down a ladder and pull the kayaks towards us (if we could even reach them) without falling in. When we called they said the kayaks were there and to go, without giving us any instructions or safety measures to take. The decent thing to do, is to show up, especially when it would have been difficult to try to get into them to begin with. I also called and told him we were leaving and to cancel the charges, but he still charged me for the kayaks we did not use. read more

We had asked this company to drop off a kayak. The kayak that was dropped off had a hole in the middle and the kayak was taking on water, without any release of the water. I immediately called this company and no one responded to my phone call. Obviously, we were not going to take a kayak in the water that was taking on water. We had a fantastic experience with Aqua Flight today! Dealing with Ashton was very easy over the phone and by text message. We booked flyboarding sessions for my 12 years old son and my 16 years old daughter. Ashton gave us the address were to meet his crew. We were greeted by Kevin the captain and Randy the instructor. We had a fantastic time with them. They were very careful and professional. Randy gave the kids very clear instructions and they were flying in no time having a blast. It looked like so much fun that my husband and I decided to give it a shot as well! we had a wonderful experience! Kevin and Randy were very supportive and cheerful! We wanted to finish our morning at the beach, so we asked Kevin for some advice and he directed us to a great place that was nice, quiet and far from the spring break craziness! Do not use this company. Totally tried to do a bait and switch. We booked a boat to take my kids tubing and water skiing. When we arrived, the captain Kevin told us his boat was too large to go tubing/skiing where we met and that it was too long a boat ride to go to the ocean. Kevin offered to take us on a boat ride for the price we had paid for waterskiing. This is not what we had paid for and my kids were uninterested in just going on a boat ride. When I asked for a refund, the company refused so had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Overall, horrible experience. read more

Amazing time! Rented a boat and was met at the dock exactly where and when they said. We had such a great time with the "owners" as our captains that we decided to go again the next day. The second day we had a different but just as great captain named Kevin. Aqua Flight had clean and well maintained boats. They were very knowledgeable and knew how to have a fun safe day. I had family in town and we wanted to do something fun. My sister went online and booked three kayaks. I came with my wife and our two boys and met them. We were told to meet at some random address on the side of the road, not a business location but just at the end of a canal. We showed up and nobody was there. I called the company multiple times and it just went to voicemail. We waited there with my two children for 30 minutes before I received a text from somebody at the business. At that point we had just left and he said if we still wanted to go he could be there in 30 to 45 minutes. It was a waste of time. read more
