My daughter has a blast at this place. You can bring your own food and they have huge umbrellas to not been in the sun all day. It's $9.50 to get in per person. If you go after3:00 the price is reduced. Overall, this is a great waterpark for young kids mainly. The slides are great and tons of life guards.

Nice place to cool off with the family at an amazingly affordable price. Very close to the 95 easy to get to. Perfect for family fun. Also you can bring your own food inside the park. Free parking. It has 3 pools and several slides.

Pretty nice park for the little kids there is a deep pool for older people but other than that. Not much for adults. They have a cafe where they sell some stuff to eat

I've been plenty of times, but with my dog not people. I brought my daughter and her friend. Everything was open, the pools were nice and clean and everyone was having a good time. There is three different pools. A shallow pool with smaller equipment in for real little kids. The next pool is a bit bigger and around eighteen inches deep at the deepest part. That is the pool with the water play ground. The slides are not to large, it's good for the younger kids whom might be still to small to use the slides at CB smith's water park. Then there is a giant walk in pool, it's only five feet deep at its deepest part. It's great for the adults or older kids. For me it was a little strange to be in this pool because I had only been here with my dog when they have the k9 water festival. It's a great park for the whole family.

What is the price to enter?

Going by the receipt, 8.88 per person before taxes all day. Lesser price after 3pm, I think 5 and change before taxes.

I came with my two kids (3 and 6), my parents, my brother and his family (1 and 6) and my high school friends and their kids (9 and 12) and EVERYONE had a blast! The key was to get there early so you could enjoy all the attractions without the lines that form as the day goes on. We found loungers right away, grabbed tubes and hit the lazy river, and after a few relaxing laps, we headed for the splash pad. My 3 year old didn't leave there for the rest of the day. He was completely enthralled with all of the splash features, water slides, and fun that surrounded him. The water was just deep enough that he could float around on his stomach but not deep enough to ever be too worried. The older kids and myself hit the big slides, which were a blast. For a small waterpark, these were solid. The design kept you on your toes and they picked up enough speed to give you a little rush. They have an onsite cafe but they also allow you to bring in your own cooler, which is amazing! We packed a picnic and had a great lunch as a group. The one pro-tip I have is to book a FUNBRELLA! We thought about it too late, but these shaded pavilions are perfect for groups and reasonably priced so you don't even need a special occasion to get one. Sure I remembered it being much bigger, but Paradise Cove delivered!

While we had only a little experience with them, as others have said, you have to time it right and avoid the camp crowds, as some of the kids can be rowdy. Overall, it's fairly priced family fun. A great place!

Seeing the park from a guest's perspective was truly special, and I was impressed by all the positive changes. What stood out the most was the lifeguard team. They had no idea I had worked there before, so I was able to observe everything objectively. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests were outstanding. One lifeguard even took a moment to play Rock, Paper, Scissors with my daughter while still remaining fully attentive to her duties in the Lazy River. My daughter won and received a lollipop, a small gesture that made her day and perfectly reflected the balance between safety and creating memorable experiences. I also want to recognize the entire team from the entrance staff, security, servers, and management. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and made the park feel organized, calm, and relaxing despite how busy it was. The only constructive feedback I have is regarding the FlowRider. I completely understand the importance of the safety video, but I believe guests should receive a brief explanation of why they're required to watch it. A little more communication and warmth in that interaction would make the experience even better. Overall, Tidal Cove exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to come back. Finally, I want to send my deepest appreciation to Daniela, Cesar and Jeff. Without your leadership, none of this would be possible. You have the park on point, and it truly shows in every detail. Thank you for building such an amazing team and creating such a wonderful experience for every guest. Hany

The resort was very clean, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, which set the tone for a relaxing stay. The beach-view balcony room offered beautiful views and was a great place to unwind. Luckily, I spotted self-parking, and we were able to get into the garage instead. Check-in was easy. As a Marriott Lifetime Platinum member, I appreciate the benefits of loyalty, and my room was upgraded to the Orchid Tower with a beautiful balcony overlooking the golf course. The resort charges a $75 resort fee, which includes access to the gym, putting greens, and Tidal Cove Water Park. On Saturday afternoon we headed to the water park, but it was so crowded. There were no chairs available, the lazy river was bumper-to-bumper with people, and several families allowed their children to fight and run around while security seemed uninterested. We left and walked over to the adult pool, which was nice and had plenty of chairs. The wedding itself was beautiful. The Grand Ballroom was a little tight for the 220 guests. The dance floor was too small to accommodate. The catered meal (beef, fish, or vegetarian) was typical banquet food and unfortunately inedible. I was there to celebrate the bride and groom, so the food was secondary. Although, If I was paying, I would not have been happy. Sunday brought more disappointment. We returned to Tidal Cove only to find it just as crowded, so we again headed to the adult pool. While relaxing, a woman brought her small dog to the pool. Marriott may allow dogs on the property, and I have no issue with that, but she actually let the dog swim in the pool. Another guest complained, yet the dog remained in the water while the owner loudly argued. Soon other guests started bringing their dogs down to the pool. Again, not one of the workers around the pool said anything. A resort pool should not become a dog park. I had been given a 3:30 p.m. late checkout, I was so disgusted that I left at 1:00 p.m. At checkout I told the front desk exactly what I had witnessed. Then came the final frustration. Self-parking is advertised at $45 per day and was supposed to be charged to my room. Instead, I paid at the garage exit. My ticket showed I entered at 1:46 p.m. Saturday and exited at 2:02 p.m. Sunday--just 20 minutes over 24 hours. Rather than charging the daily rate plus perhaps a small overage, I was charged $74.90. I made my husband stop at the parking office where I spoke with Rachel. She contacted the manager, who assured me the extra charge would be removed. A week later, the full $74.90 posted to my Visa with no adjustment. I've tried to call the hotel directly and every time they forward the call to accounting, no one picks up and call drops. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but between the overcrowding, dogs swimming in the adult pool, and the parking overcharge that was never corrected, this stay was extremely disappointing. As a Lifetime Platinum Elite member who chooses Marriott whenever possible, I expected far better customer service and management. Unfortunately, I will never return. There are other Marriott Resorts in Florida that are so much nicer.
