Jason showed early and presented his card before going to work. He checked the pump timers and the main fuse box. He explained and showed me everything he was doing or had accomplished. He finally narrowed the problem down to a wall switch that had gone bad. Again he showed me the problem and explained what was needed to correct the problem. Jason went out to get the replacement part from Home Depot because this wasn't a common switch. It didn't take him long to pick up the new switch and to return and install the new switch. After installing the switch he did another check and pumps worked. Great job Jason and I will be using you again if needed.

Her prices at first seemed higher than the other companies I talked to - but this is important - she is very honest with her measurements. The other companies advertised a lower rate per linear foot - but they added a lot of feet that I didn't have to increase the cost. We hang Christmas lights ended up being lower by almost 30%! I highly recommend them!
