Unfortunately, the staff I spoke with prior to John were dismissive and unhelpful, simply directing me back to a website that doesn't work. It's discouraging to see so many positive reviews when new customers are unable to register at all. If you collect contact information and even credit card details but have no functional way to complete registration, it undermines trust and credibility. A business that cannot prioritize basic customer service and onboarding--especially when parents are trying to ensure safety and instruction for their children--misses the mark entirely. Both of our boys are on the spectrum, and while my younger son was having some difficulty focusing in the water (which is to be expected given how much he loves it), the instructor's reaction was completely inappropriate. During the last session, the instructor was visibly upset--rolling his eyes and even looking up at the ceiling in frustration. No parent should ever have to witness that kind of behavior directed at their child, especially a child on the spectrum who needs patience and support. To make matters worse, when we called to cancel and withdraw our kids from the program, the staff member we spoke with didn't even ask why we were leaving or show any concern at all. That lack of care and understanding was just as disappointing as what we saw during lessons. Parents of children with autism, please think twice before enrolling your kids here. We all want an environment that offers patience, care, and encouragement, and unfortunately EVO did not provide that for our family. We will not be returning.

Not once did manager apologize to me or my son they simply said your son wasn't on the schedule and this child was. Since it was bought out from SafeSplash, we saw a decline in students, the vibes are off from the coaches, the parents/kids. The management cares more about the tasks not actually care of each kid. The new swim curriculum is weird and I don't see any improvement from my 2 and 4 year old boys compared to my 8 year old when he started with aqua Safe's curriculum. Finally, I don't recommend it this place anymore. It used to be awesome for the kids but now they're more focus on making money vs kids growth in swim. We're currently at Swimhaus Swim School and it's been amazing. Family local owned, which is huge plus for us!!

Facility is very clean and obviously kid friendly. The reception area is nice with some other fun activities for kids to get into while their sibling or other family member is taking a swim class. 2. Instructors are pretty decent. The instructors we've had so far for my 7 month old's class have been quite impressive and really know how to handle babies and how to make the class fun but also progress in their pool safety training. My son really enjoys his class with his Coach Ethan. That kid definitely knows how to make a class fun and inviting for toddlers. 3. Classes are very intimate as they don't go over 3 kids per class. My son has had mostly private classes lately as other kids have not really joined his time slot, which is wonderful in my opinion so he gets that 1x1 coaching. 4. The ease of scheduling via their app and their text messaging system. Very responsive!

My son initially was very nervous to get into the pool without parents but the staff and teachers here are beyond amazing and made him comfortable. He's loving it after 4 classes. Special shoutout to Ms. Jamie! My son's favorite teacher and he keeps taking her name beyond the classes too. I'd strongly recommend those in the valley to try these folks! Also Austin who's the Manager is amazing as well, and has been very patient to answer all our questions and concerns.

There are good amenities - lots of changing rooms, a changing table, hair dryers and dryers for your swimsuits. I've never had issues with rescheduling classes if needed. Just keep in mind if you decide to stop with lessons but you still have a class or two to reschedule, they won't allow it. You must still be active. There is also a sibling discount if you have more than one child taking lessons here.

Olivia is her name and she took the time to take over the rest of her lessons in order to accommodate my daughter. I'm so thankful that your instructors were able to adjust to her needs! Also they have temperature controlled pool and the accommodations in the bathroom are great (shampoo, conditioner, etc). Made it easier to get her cleaned up before she goes home. My child did said competitor since she was 7 months old and her skill level was markedly behind the kids at evo that were younger than her. I kept feeling like, despite my child's active participation, she was not advancing until I did private at home lessons. I am happy to report that evo mirrors the home lessons and I know she will gain so much skill and confidence doing evo. My daughter came out of her first lesson with evo saying she wants to go swimming again. I am so exited I have found this indoor option for my toddler.

I tried again the following Saturday and it was the same girls. This time they had fake babies they had found and apparently named. They were throwing them at each-other and just playing with these babies the whole time and again speeding through everything while taking care of a fake baby. It was all very unprofessional and childish and awkward. This is a job, not a hang out sesh with your bestie. I ended up canceling because even my son did not like coach Katie.
