He offered to test my water and clean my filter on the spot even before I hired him. I immediately loved James' attention to detail and his care for doing a great job and delivering a sparkling pool. He cleaned my filter and tested my pool and went on with the rest of his busy schedule. The next day, I was given a reasonable estimate for ridding my black mold and for servicing my three pools. We hired James. It's been three months now and we are impressed and over satisfied with how James delivered. James spent a week working tirelessly to rid the black mold without having to drain our pool. We had a relapse after a few weeks and James went back at no additional cost and got it back under control. As far as our pool maintenance; each week we get an email from James with the results of the water testing, what chemicals he put in the pools to keep them at the right level, and a picture of our sparkling pools. I came across this Puripool Reverse Osmosis pool water recycling process that turns existing pool water to better than what tap water offers. I called all operators offering the Puripool service and PoolSmart had a reasonable price tag and the earliest availability despite being outside their normal service area. Rick was very responsive at the get go during my evaluation phase, up until after I gave him my business and he completed the job. My pool water is now as good as new and I will recycle my pool water again between 3 to 5 years when it's due in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Rick and PoolSmart for this type of service.
