He even offered to come out sooner but I couldn't because of work. I was having issues with an error code the hot tub was giving, and Nick was able to pinpoint it to one of two errors while troubleshooting. He tried the cheaper fix before going into the big fix and luckily for me, it worked! I was very pleased with his prompt service, professionalism, and extensive knowledge and experience in his field. He also noticed our pool vacuum was hooked up through the skimmer and explained why that setup wasn't ideal. He pointed out an alternative outlet and even caught a rubber stopper that could've caused serious plumbing damage. He removed it on the spot, not an easy task, but he got it done. Once we confirmed the leak source, we moved forward with replacing the spa tile. Evin mailed us tile samples to choose from and also facilitated an appointment at the warehouse so we could see more options.
