I do not recommend Crowne Hill Pools or working with their contact, Nate, due to repeated unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. In addition to charging premium prices for their services, the company also imposed unexpected fees without prior notice or explanation. Despite raising multiple concerns about the quality of service--specifically, that the technician was not properly cleaning our pool--Nate dismissed our feedback and attributed the issue to weather conditions. After several service visits, I sent a photo of the pool just hours after a technician had left, clearly showing the inadequate service. Nate admitted the condition was not up to company standards and said the technician would return to resolve it. More concerningly, the technician broke our pool's drain cover and failed to report the damage. Instead, he attempted to conceal it by hiding the broken cover under pool toys. When we discovered it and contacted Nate, he initially dismissed the issue as "normal wear and tear." Only after further discussion--and the technician admitting he failed to report the damage--did Nate agree to replace the drain cover. However, after making that commitment, he stopped responding and has not followed through on the repair. Save yourself the frustration--look elsewhere for a pool service provider. This company lacks transparency, accountability, and professionalism. read more

We called for weekly pool cleaning. The guy came out for estimate @ $200 a month. Then he said your skimmer has a leak but we can fix that at $3500. We made the mistake of not getting more estimates and proof of leak. After paying them half deposit they starting making excuses why cause they couldn't get part (that was a lie). Finally they came out fixed the leak (the workmen were great) but now our pool is still leaking! So we canceled weekly service plus NATE that gave us estimate wouldn't return my calls. After checking around the cost was double plus they charged my card without my permission. Hope that NATE and company look at this review cause we have lived here over 50 years plus we're living on social security. Beware of the estimator cause he also promised my wife he would check the light in pool while water was down but he didn't and again wouldn't return my calls- we feel like we were ripped off!!! Crowne Hill Pools suffers from management issues. Their office staff lack decorum (Renatta) and are unprofessional and seriously need training. Before you contact them for pool equipment services, please be aware that regardless of the money you are about to spend with them, you are not are not the priority. Unfortunately, Crowne Hill Pools is not reliable and I value reliability and customer service when my hard earned money is being spent, you shall find neither with Crowne Hill Pools. The whole team has been amazing in helping us take care of the pool at our new home. They've kept it in great condition, which isn't easy with all the trees and plants surrounding it. Crowne Pools is an excellent choice for repairs. I poated a before pic w/white old fiber optic cord and an after pic of the glass matching tile! So beautiful, what a difference! From my first call with Charm to the first meeting with Nate for assessment, I've been very happy with the person-ability along with professionalism of each person. We have been using Crowne Hill Pool Service for several years now and could not be happier. They got rid of our algae problem and have had the pool looking better than it's ever been. They've also replaced and fixed broken parts of the equipment with no problems. THey take pictures each week to show what they serviced. They are always on time, making payments are easy, informative (send videos and photos explaining in detail what they are doing and why) they communicate their holiday schedule with us way in advance, they constantly check in to see how things are going and if we have any questions about how our pool is being serviced. We have had some severe maintenance on the pool since we bought the house and the prices were very reasonable. Never upselling you things you don't need, always asking what we want out of our pool, and makes recommendation on our needs. My dog loves the pool man! And never complains the dog is in his way.
