As luck would have it, our well pump died yesterday. Being a Saturday, the day before a large storm, we weren't sure we would find someone willing to come out, so we called several numbers and left messages. Darin Miller, the owner, was very responsive and he and an employee spent 2-1/2 hours out in the bitter cold replacing our pump. Our well is very deep; and the cold kept freezing things up hampering their work; but they stuck it out until the job was completed. In addition, we had changed the water filter before he arrived. I went down in the basement a while after they left and the filter was leaking. Darin came back first thing this morning to check it out; and we had not sealed it properly! They dug up so much and they found a replaced the pipe and they put everything together so well that the insurance guy who came over to check things right after did not even believe any work was done!!!! The insurance guy said it was the best job he has ever seen! See photos of before and after. The whole was huge and it was done using a large backhoe. They also did the same amazing job in the basement. The cement was a bit wet when my sister took a photo. I could not be there to help my sister as I am in Massachusetts and there are COVID restrictions but I am very grateful to this company and the hardworking employees who did such an amazing job for them.
