Within minutes we received a callback and while on vacation, they walked us through steps we could do to troubleshoot and ultimately fix the problem! With some cell phone pictures and a brief FaceTime (all on Saturday morning no less!) we had our water problem fixed. The customer service, attention to detail and kindness was immensely appreciated. It was Easter Sunday and my elderly mother's water pump to her well failed. I gave her a list of…read morebusinesses and told her to call me after getting quotes. This business was not at the top of the list as I knew them to be on the higher end of the price point, but were a reputable business. This was the first company she called and they came right out. They explained to my freeloading unemployed adult brother that lives there that if they came out the work would be completed as it was on an emergency basis. They were pretty straightforward and they agreed they would complete the work (once the pump is pulled it needs to be replaced immediately to restore water). The total was up around 3700 and my mom had given them a credit card to complete the work. My husband contacted the business as this was a large expense for her being on a fixed income with no financial help in her household, and they agreed to give her a senior citizen discount of 10% and they completed the transaction on her card. They also explained that it would have to be flushed for a while until water was clear before water went through fixtures (there's a lot of sediment). Well, they could've stayed and done this for her but would've charged by the hour and so they explained to my brother how to do it and he agreed he would be capable of this. Thankfully, he's unemployed and has lots of time on his hands and should have been capable to do this for her. Unfortunately, the water was turned on before the flush was completed as discussed and sediment was introduced to the fixtures, causing low water pressure. My brother had called the company complaining of the low water pressure and Paul was happy to come out to troubleshoot. It was at that time Paul reiterated that the flush had to be completed and the aerators were clogged from sediment by failing to do so. Paul had actually offered to flush it himself and clean the aerator, but he was not permitted entry. Based off their diagnostics she also needs a new tank. She was given a quote with 10% and Paul also said that she can work out a payment plan if unable to pay at once. Overall they are a little on the high end but are responsive to emergency calls, helpful and overall an honest company to work with.

Do yourself a favor and use Aerus in West Hartford, they are professionals that want to help even if you were previously Erics customer from Palmer, Ma. Eric left me with no way to get my vacuum cleaner fixed and then I found the one in West Hartford whom I love, they are familiar with many complaints about Eric! It's like day and night dealing with West Hartford. I highly recommend them and will tell you to run the other way when it comes to Eric, he has terrible customer service skills and he lies to his customers, I know, I was one!

These people are totally unethical. I had a split in my central vacuum hose and I called them to…read morerepair it. I live 45 minutes away from their business and they had somebody there to sell me a new unit before I hung up the phone, so I was very impressed with their response time because I'm sure you all know how hard it seems to get anybody to repair anything these days. The salesman told me that it would cost the same amount of money to repair the hose and vacuum head as it would to replace just the hose so I went ahead and replaced it the 25 year old assembly kit for $850. I wasn't feeling very well the day the installer came so when he was finished I didn't check the work and just paid him and signed off on it. The next day when my wife went to use the vacuum we found out that he had installed one of the outlets upside down and it didn't work so I called them back to have it fixed and they said they would call send someone right out to fix it. That was two months ago and they still haven't showed up! They will not return my calls and anytime I email them I just a generated email response saying that they will contact me. Obviously , they are not coming and I can't vacuum half of my house. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but because I had signed the receipt he's off the hook. I read on his website where he screwed somebody out of $9000 on a job too. I decided to leave my review there too so this wouldn't happen to someone else, but apparently they have fixed their website so that if you leave only one star it won't accept the review! If you count up the reviews you can do the math and that their 3.5 star rating doesn't add up to the 5 star reviews that you see. They have somehow eliminated all of their negative reviews. I'm physically unable to travel so I can't even go up to their store to even question them about this. Please stay away and don't let this happen to you.
