He questioned me about my problem and I let him know what was going on. He asked me a couple simple questions and next thing I know he was on his way to my house because he said he had some time to do one more run before the sanitization place closed. Turns out my septic was so full that the tampons my stupid brother's girlfriend put down the toilet ended up backing up and clogging a drain. He then referred me to a draining company to have them come out the next morning and unclog the drain, he actually made the phone call himself sitting in my driveway and scheduled the appointment for me! I called Joe on Saturday and he came over on Monday to look at it. He opened up the inspection port for the distribution box and immediately knew what was wrong. Tree roots had gotten into it. He went to his truck, came back with a hook and was luckily able to pull them all out. Water started to flow out immediately to the leach field. Problem solved. I was thrilled. He set up an appointment for the next day to get the septic tank pumped and the D-box cleaned. I can't thank him enough for solving this for us quickly and as it turned out inexpensively. Well after they ripped me off a 1,000 did not fix the problem I had Paul Anderson fix the problem for 500.00 and there is no whole in my pipe. Think twice before calling them please.
