The service is always phenomenal, if I ever have an issue, somebody gets back to me the following business day if it's not during business hours and sometimes even business hours but out of 22 years, I've only had two and they have been very minor. The touchless car wash works great and has recently been updated, the service is absolutely phenomenal, I mean bar none. The value for the money exceeds my expectations. The fact that they have real people there giving a real experience, with a smile, pre-washing your vehicle, who could ask for better? Pros: This is a touchless car wash, and it's definitely the best around these parts. I've been to…read morefew car washes that can get ALL the bugs off in the summer, and about 95% of the salt/grime from winter roads. There's two manual wash bays, one RV/Truck bay, and two main touchless bays that can accommodate large lifted trucks. To the side, there's an RV waste water dump and yard hydrant to clean up. In the front there's four vacuums. It's open 24 hours a day. There's a pass that you can get for $37 a month through the app. The Cons. Really there's only a couple in my opinion, but they're frustrating. Of the two main touchless bays, only one has been open since it opened. Normally it might not be as big a problem, but this location gets more business than the other three around (from what I've seen). Each wash takes a little more than three minutes to complete, so with five or six cars stacked up, that's a long wait. The other issue is the vacuums are not free like many other car washes of this size. In the app you can scan a QR code for free use of the vacuums, but that feature hasn't been working there. I hope the second bay is opened soon, and the QR code for vacuums gets sorted, because I'm there a couple times a week.

We have been on the road for about 2 weeks now, starting in Washington, DC, so our van was grody. For $6 and only 4 minutes of our time we left with a pretty clean vehicle. Two people are standing at the opening of the wash with hoses to prewash the hood, roof, and back of your car. Then you go through the automated wash with big rollers and sprayers and such. The basic wash didn't get every single speck of dirt, but like I said, our van had a very real layer of dirt and dust on it. It only missed a spot or two on the windows. So I'm happy!

They have dedicated tire scrubbers, glass and panel scrubbers, and someone that gets all the dead creatures of the front grill. All of this happens before you even get to enter the car wash!! They offer several levels of wash, full detail services, and some DIY bays in front for if you have stuff that doesn't fit in the wash. Vacuums are available for customers after washing and they offer wipe down rags and cleaner (please don't steal their cleaner bottles, Jesus sees you.) I've been a loyal monthly pass subscriber for 2 vehicles for more than 4 years. During the last…read moreyear I've noticed that whenever I wash my vehicles at least one or two vacuum stations are clogged. I've notified the girl in the booth about this each time. It's probably because they have limited number of slots but if they want people to continue using their service, they need to make sure all of the vacuum stations are functional. They seem to do upgrades and maintenance on the car wash but I don't notice much improvement. I like this place because of its proximity to my house. I hope I don't have to cancel my subscriptions and had to drive to Clinton just because of little annoying things that can be fixed easily.
