I've been a loyal monthly pass subscriber for 2 vehicles for more than 4 years. During the last year I've noticed that whenever I wash my vehicles at least one or two vacuum stations are clogged. I've notified the girl in the booth about this each time. It's probably because they have limited number of slots but if they want people to continue using their service, they need to make sure all of the vacuum stations are functional. They seem to do upgrades and maintenance on the car wash but I don't notice much improvement. I like this place because of its proximity to my house. I hope I don't have to cancel my subscriptions and had to drive to Clinton just because of little annoying things that can be fixed easily. read more

The hand dry they never use a fresh towel, the wait times are truly 30 minutes to get your car tan through 45-1 hour if you are wanting the inside clean too. I've had a monthly subscription with them for going on a year and lately it's being getting worse and worse. I do the hand dry option in my subscription and they never ever dry it well. They never rotate their towels so they are already so wet by time it gets to my vehicle. They miss so much water to the point my boyfriend has to get out to dry the mirrors and windows. My boyfriend also has a monthly subscription with them and his service is worse then mine. He drives a GMC Sierra 2500 and when they push the mirrors out they always push in the bottom mirror so he has to get out and adjust them. They never dry off his back window, front bumper or his tail gate so he has to ask for their towel and has to redry most of the truck himself. We are to the point of canceling our subscription and getting a car wash pass else where. Super disappointing. read more

One of the best values around for a car wash. The wait time can be long at time, around 20 to 30 min waits. The only real complaint I have and the reason for the three stars is when they hand dry your vehicle they never use fresh towels so they just move from one car to the other smearing the water around your car and streaking the windows. This place would be near perfect if they would just use fresh dry towels on each vehicle. read more

I've been a customer for a long time now, the problem is that I don't use my membership as often as I'd like to because of the long wait times at every time of the day. I've waited for 20-30 minutes before without any detailing. The only solution I can see is that they need another wash bay or to stay open 24/7 read more
