My favorite feature is the tire scrubber, it does a great job on the sidewalls of your rubber. It appears you can save pretty considerably by becoming a member but this location isn't really near my house. Vacuums are free and work well. There are multiple nozzle types available which is convenient. There is also a small blower for areas like vents and cupholders. The only drawback is the "tip shaming." When you pay you will be prompted to leave a tip while the attendant looks at you with puppy dog eyes. Nobody touches my vehicle or otherwise assists this "automatic" wash, so the tip shaming is not appropriate in my opinion. This deters me from using this wash.

At some point in August overall management changed the policy and no longer do I get that extra service for the same price. I have to upgrade to the most expensive package where they do all three of those. I am upset that after 5 years of going there, their service policy that attracted me to this business has changed. And the young man I spoke to about it gave me the "there 's nothing I can do" when all I asked is to give my complaint to the manager. I have tried looking for other car washes that give me the same service that I have been used to at Wash Factory but can't find one. So, am I stuck in paying for the more expensive one? Again, I was the only car at the time. I got in my car and drove to my next stop. There it was good light. They did a HORRIBLE job at vacuuming, a 2 year old could have done better. My tires WERE NOT SHINY, so I know they didn't clean them. How disappointing to pay to have a service done, tip them, then NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!! I absolutely will NOT ever return to this establishment. Next time, I won't Tip until the job is finished. I figured a good tip would've been a good incentive. Guess not.
