This place is fantastic. Besides being really close to where I live. Excellent customer service and just really friendly, proprietors. Because my injured back and leg they let me use their cart to take the water to my car, in fact they offer. A couple times they loaded into my car for me. Oh, you even get a free piece of candy. We have been getting water from this store for a few years off and on. The older gentleman who usually works the cash register is very friendly and helpful.. Customer service is horrible. The man is friendly and greets you when walking in. The lady has days where she's friendly and other days where she is rude and doesn't care about your experience in their shop. Today was the last day I will visit this place, after two years of coming here on and off, she finally made me feel so unwelcome that I had to talk to her and tell her I will not be returning. I liked coming here because they made my family and I feel welcome and the man always greeted my kids and gave lollipops. My kids enjoyed coming here because of how friendly the people were but today she said no only one lollipop in a very rude way that at one point I taught she was joking. I wanted to continue to support small businesses like this one but I will not continue to come to places where they are rude and don't acknowledge their customers. I would not recommend this place better to go to whole foods or any other place. read more

We usually go to another water store, closer to us, but we had to do errands in the area, so we decided to fill up our 20 gallons here. The sales person was very nice, he actually washed our water bottles and helped to fill them up. And it costs 35 cents a gallon for simple filtered water instead of usualy 45 cents or more per gallon. Water tastes the same as in other stores. We went in February, 2022. read more

For some reason, there have different people manning the cashier all the time. They appear to be of the same family. Most of them are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes they go the extra mile to help. Occasionally you get someone that doesn't say hello, but it's rare. I'm glad this water store is not far from my place. I loved their water until recently. The store has new owners and I feel like they have cheaped out with the filters. The water smells and tastes like chlorine. I asked him on two occasions what was up. He said I wasn't washing out my bottle well enough. So, I went home, washed it and the dispenser like he told me...soap, water, 5 times. I went back again. Still not good. Then, he told me I needed to buy alkaline water. I can't afford alkaline water. I just want regular water that doesn't taste like anything. His water is no better than the Brita water filter. In fact, it could be worse. I can't go back. read more

I have been a customer at this location for about 10 years. Under the new ownership it is not the service I am used to. I purchased water there about 4-6 weeks prior to my recent visit to say I had small black particles in a few of the bottles. I purchase about 6-7 bottles at a time and half of the bottles were tainted. After explaining and showing the bottles to the new owner his response was, it's not my fault. In the entire time I've been purchasing water there, that happened only once before and the previous owner gladly replaced the bottle my tainted water. If I were you I would will look elsewhere for water. read more

After being a weekly customer at the store for over 15 years and only once since new owner took over. I will not go back after today's incident. While cleaning my 3-gallon container prior to filling it as I always have done since I started coming here, the owner quickly came over to me and turned off the cleaning spray switch after just a couple of seconds. He admonished me in a very unfriendly tone that I can only use the spray for " ...two seconds. Not three seconds or four seconds!" I said you're kidding, right? And he said no! This was unbelievable. I love the fact that I was able to have him test the water right there in front of me and it gave a visual description of exactly what pH balance are water needs to be in order to be helpful to our bodies even water that is 7.4 on the pH scale is still not all that great for you but this 9.5 pH perfectly balanced water has been the best thing I've ever been able to keep down a lot of water hurts my stomach and makes me throw up So we went ahead and got a 2 gallon jug and filled it up for $14 and whenever I want to fill it up for the full two gallons it'll only be $3 it's only a dollar fifty per gallon of alkalized water there anything less than a gallon is $0.75 you really can't go wrong with being able to drink good water The gentleman that work there was very helpful and says they've been in business for 17 years which I'm really thankful for and I hope they continue to be in business for another 17 years! read more

I tested this water at home and it has the ph balance of tap water. You would save yourself the time and money to just drink the water from your home. If you want RO water go to another store. read more

I have been getting my water here for 5 years. It's only 90 cents to fill a three-gallon container (sold there). The alkalized water is $1.50 per gallon. The people are really nice and helpful. They sell water jugs of all sizes. They also have the nice ceramic water pitchers. read more
