I came back today to let him know that the water has a strange taste to it and instead he didn't understand what I said and called somebody. The gentlemen on the phone spoke better English (not sure why they don't have him in this store instead) and told me I may not be familiar to the high PH levels of the "Kangen" water and will refill my bottles with the regular Alkaline water on the right (keep in mind when I initially came the old man said that section of Alkaline water didn't work). Once I got my water refilled I was content that they made it right, however the old man then raised his voice and got mad and told me to never come back "never come back, that's good for me and good for you" and "nobody ever complains, only you complain". I've come here a few times for regular water for the past 10 years. You would think he would be sorry rather than offended. Never coming here again.

Based on my experience, Cooler waters is an outstanding business to work with in my opinion. I find that Cooler Waters is way better than using the grocery store located machine because: Great purified water. Slightly lower cost for the reverse osmosis water @ $0.50 per gallon. (The machine at the grocery store was $0.60 for a similar product) No sometimes balky or out of service machines to deal with. The water filling is all done indoors. Much faster bottle refills (and up to 3 at a time) Friendly personalized service (they do the refilling) Assistance with carrying bottles to the car if needed Much closer parking - No need to play dodge-car carrying full bottles The 9:00am to 6:00 pm hours work for me. I had to put in $5 worth of quarters for it to work. That was a bit annoying, but the water quickly filled to the top and did not overflow. It's in a small spot with very limited parking. The area looked pretty clean and well kept. I'll definitely go there again when the store is open and check out the staff.
