We went with Aquadrain Under Deck even though they were not the lowest price. The owner Albert explained everything in a very clear manner so that we knew there would not be any surprises. The under deck involved lighting and a fan and Aquadrain was very specific on the what the installation would entail. The other vendors made the electric work seem like it could greatly vary in cost for the same items quoted by Aquadrain. Aquadrain performs its own work so Albert and one other employee did the whole install. It rained several times during the installation but they still took the time be precise and never rushed to get to the next job. The installation looks fantastic!!! We should have done this years ago. One thing that we learned is that the prep work that Aquadrain does to install the guides, framing and properly seal the perimeter of the under deck is actually more involved than installing the under deck itself. AquaDrain installed an under deck system covering an area of 478 sq. ft., complete with recessed lights, several ceiling fans, and a no-bug-entry air vent system. The job was started and completed as promised. The overall price of the project was the best in the market as compared to the top 5 vendors offering a comparable product and material. Albert Silva(Owner/Operator) was very pleasant to deal with and addressed all of my concerns satisfactorily, and was very flexible when I asked for some modifications that he agreed to at no extra cost.
