For whatever reason, my Jack Russell was raised on a very expensive dog food you can't find in national stores or your big box stores before I got him as a puppy. Anyways, he doesn't like other dog food. After finding out this place is super close to me, I quickly went in, asked for the brand, and was out in less than 2 minutes. That's my type of store. In the end, you get what you pay for. If you want a dog to live with health issues and a short life, go elsewhere. They also have many catnip infused toys that helped my new fur baby feel right at home.

The staff is knowledgeable, professional and experienced. They are genuine and responsible when matching fish to the right tank/owner. When in doubt, ask Sexy Jae for advices! Basic wash fee gets you access to their tubs with adjustable temp water sprayers, assorted shampoos, towels, and high powered blow dryers with different nozzle attachments. They have 5 self wash tubs with ramps and washing harnesses (so your collar can stay dry). Also there are rubber aprons for your convenience to minimize your secondhand shower. Blowing out that undercoat helps with heavy shedders A LOT. Come to the dog wash so you don't destroy your house every time you wash your floofy friend. Yesterday, I called in to ask if the food I had ordered for my foster dog had come in. The conversation I had with the manager went downhill fast. He told me that what I was saying couldn't be true, since they don't text for special orders. He told me that they didn't carry the food I was talking about. I didn't know the exact name and I was driving. This was the second time I had tried to special order the food. Both times no one called or texted to let me know if had come in. Last time the food was in the shelf and they told me it was out there inadvertently. They did another order for me. A lovely team member helped me. So I knew the food was carried by the store. I was frustrated and told him that I had a picture of it and they definitely carried the food since I had bought it there before. I said I was coming over there, since I needed it. I got there and a staff member I'd never seen had some of the food up front. I had looked on the shelf and what I needed was there too, so the Purina One is carried in the store. Regardless, I asked to speak with the manager I talked with on the phone. I still don't know what happened. But the end result was an argument in front of at least 8 customers, where the manager basically told me it was my fault. That his team member had done the order wrong. They never did find my order request. They also told me that from now on I needed to pay ahead of time. He grabbed a handwritten note from the regional manager and slammed it in the counter. I still have no idea how the conversation degenerated into a store manager yelling and berating me. I told him you're yelling at me. He said, if I was yelling at you would know it lady. I was in tears by the time I reached the parking lot. He yelled at me. Wow... To top it off, because others had seen the argument and didn't know the context, another customer stopped in the parking lot just so he could call me a Bitch... I am heartbroken. This has been my go to store for years. I foster, rescue, transport and work with at risk dogs and other animals. Before yesterday, I couldn't have said enough about the store and the staff. Before Brian, we tried grooming him at many different places; however, no one was able to get near him, except Brian. He is amazing!!!!!! I don't know what we would do without him. When conversing with the cashier on shift to complain about the situation, thinking we were giving them news, they let us know that that this was not new to them. They informed us that this was an issue coming from the distributor that supplies their food. They said that while they are working on catching this issue, that they are only human and can't catch everything. They were helpful in assisting my partner to check for a bag that was clear but when my boyfriend had already checked out and was leaving the store, he decided to check one more time and saw that the newly purchased bag was also infested. He promptly went back and returned the food and ended up purchasing different cat food from a different store. We were told we would be contacted by the store manager and we were not. We got our cat checked and she turned out to be fine so we were going to leave it be. That is until now when we come to find out that our house is infested with the maggots that turned into moths. Instead of handling the situation calmly or trying to work with us, she dismissed our dog and sent us away. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. It was well maintained and there was an attendant cleaning tubs and disinfecting them. They explained everything that was included and showed me a supply basket. Our townhouse doesn't have the ability to accomodate a raised dog wash, so this is a perfect solution when we need a bath between grooming appointments. The store itself has all of the essentials. I'm extremely allergic to perfume, and Sam is the only groomer who has consistently honored my strict no-perfume request. He also does an excellent job with my Bichon Frise, who tends to get heavily matted. Several times he has managed to carefully demat and trim her without having to shave her down, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend Sam -- he's reliable, skilled, and genuinely cares about his clients' specific requests.
