It's very warm/hot...due to moisture, lights, heaters. Not the worst fish store experience I've had, but I had to deep breathes to stay calm while moving about. Super packed with "stuff", so you'll prob find what you're looking for. Seemed somewhat on pricey side for tank decor, but fish seemed more normally priced. Haven't bought from them yet. After years of buying pumps that lasted less than a year, they provided me with one that worked for 4 years and were then able to †hen provide me with a new part. They have saved me so much money and so many headaches. They also have an incredible variety of critters to put in aquariums and ponds. The owner is very careful about getting fish, etc., that have gone through the proper channels so they are not carrying diseases.

I called the store and was told it was probably because they add some salt to their freshwater tanks so the salinity was very different, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF YOU TOLD ME THAT WHEN I CAME IN!!! I even asked if there was anything I should know before I left. They are offering to replace them at cost but I live over an hour away and since I do not salt my tank wouldn't it be the same problem all over again?? I feel terrible giving such a low star rating but I am just not satisfied, I will be 100x more likely to go over to the Winchester Aquarium & Pet Center for other fish.

I've gotten fish from other places that have not made it but go fish is different. Everything comes home and thrives. If I could change two things about Go Fish I would make it a little bigger so they could have even more fish although they do have a great variety and I would hire somebody to clean in all the places that are hard to reach just because it's a great store and if it was less dusty people would know that it was a great storm when they walked in, but sometimes the dust is a little offputting. Look past the dust, and you'll have a great experience at Go Fish.
