Pricing was extremely fair and their installation team was exceptionally professional through every step of the install. They have the municipal relationships to help expedite the permit process and think out of the box to make the install go flawlessly. The install took less than three days from start to completion and we have been enjoying our new pool ever since. Final Edit: I would recommend this company. We had issues, (keep in mind as frustrating as it was I don't think our issues were normal for this company, we were just unlucky), but they stood by their warranty and made everything right. With construction you want everything to go perfect, but when it doesn't, a company shows you who they truly are when they either address the issues or leave you hanging. This company insisted on addressing our issues until they got it right, even when I was ready to give up. Make sure you reach out to Mikaela in the front office when you feel you're not being heard. She'll make sure you get squared away. Edit: We've had a few issues since our pool was installed; pool sloping, cement work, leaking, clean up, etc. However, based on other reviews these issues don't seem to be typical for them and they are working with us to try and make things right. The Company's front office, Mikaela, has reached out to us and will be working with us to make sure our concerns are addressed. I feel this shows they want to keep the customer happy, so I am bumping up the stars for now. We are scheduled to have someone come out and correct the cement work and sloping in December (we chose the date). I Will do a follow up review after these issues have been addressed. The process was really great until the concrete came in. Aquapools contracts out the concrete so it is not in house. Was the wrong color, then it was too slick to walk on and unsafe for our children, they threw sand on it and now it just looks bad and is peeling. After a year of calling, still not fixed as requested. Middle images are what it was supposed to look like, but was too slick to walk on when it was wet. Aqua pools tells us to deal with concrete guy directly, but that hasn't worked. Maybe if they had an in house concrete guy they could have more oversight. Other than that they have been responsive. read more

We have had our pool since 2019 and still love it. "Traditional" pool companies tried to scare us away from a fiberglass pool, but we are so glad that we didn't listen. It has been a life-saver with the hot weather and gives our kids something to do outside-rather than staying inside and begging to watch TV. Our family has enjoyed so much family time together that we would not have otherwise had, and we didn't have to break the bank to do it. We have a lovely pool for a reasonable price. We say all of the time that the pool was definitely worth every penny. Brad Larkin is great and easy to reach even now, 5 years after putting in our pool. I am a first-time pool owner and his knowledge not only guided me to the correct pool for my family but to watch each team come in and do their thing from the initial dig, insertion of the pool, cement layers, electrician, etc., all 5 Stars. What a wonderful production of skill. Each team was so knowledgeable and eager to please. After the completion, I had some questions and concerns. The customer service falls short here. Being a little frustrated, I contacted Brad Larkin (sales rep). Not only did he answer all my questions over the phone but he came back and reshowed me everything. My wife and are really loving our Viking pool installed by aquamarine in Spring,TX. Anytime we have company or friends over they are always complimenting the beautiful color and design of our pool. This pool makes our 1 acre yard in magnolia seem more like a paradise than just a big back yard. At the end of a hot day working in construction there is nothing like coming home and jumping in my cool pool right away and enjoying a cold beer while watching the kids play in the yard. The pretty Color changing LED light really creates a nice peaceful atmosphere at night and makes enjoying a glass of wine on the back porch much more enjoyable and elegant. My wife and I had questions about our pool when we moved into this house but the folks at aquamarine went above and beyond to address any concern we had, even tho we weren't the original purchaser of the pool. Our experience began with Brad at the office/showroom. He was honest, thorough and very helpful providing us with a range of choices. We never got a sense of being hussled. Our POA was a bit finicky and wanted to interview Aquamarine Pools, never having had any experience with them. Brad accommodated and paid a visit and answered their questions. He also visited the site and made recommendations on locating the pool and equipment. The pool was delivered on time and construction/installation went like clockwork. Steve and his crew were masters at their profession. Steve manned the equipment and I swear he can turn a dime over with the claws of the front end loader. It was a pleasure watching them work. When the pool was set, the next day, the concrete crew came and laid their forms for the decking and we negotiated some add-ons at very competitive prices. The next day, the cement trucks came and, once again, the team went to work in virtuoso form. The concrete was laid and the area was cleaned up. The quality of the workmanship is superior and the customer service is the best I've experienced, as both Brad and Steve remained engaged throughout the process which gave me assurances that the job will be done properly. After several months of research and dealing with 6 different pool companies, I paid Mark a visit to check out his pools. He and his wife are the nicest people you could ever deal with. They return calls within the same day and stay on top of their business. I am so happy with the pool and concrete work that they did!
