Picking out the stones, colors, materials etc. was effortless, and they had perfect recommendations based on our environment and design ideas. The two people that we dealt with primarily were Sam (the project manager) and Tami (the coordinator). They were both absolutely wonderful, updated us and contacted us frequently, and were always readily available for any questions that popped up. The construction took place on a surprisingly fast timeline. We were lucky to have good weather the entire time but even with the contractors all being busy, they followed their original timeline almost exactly. The quality of the work all the way through exemplified professionalism. And as far as the final results... Every morning now I step out and I am thrilled how my ugly backyard has been transformed into my true backyard paradise. I do not recommend the pool man. They are currently building our pool and it has been one issue…read moreafter the other. They tried to secure the underground plumbing for the pool with duct tape. I brought this to their attention and had no response, so I had to direct the crew to correct it and remove the duct tape and apply silicone. They broke our gas line and we had to call 911, the work crew continued working despite an active gas leak, which is dangerous for everyone. There were many other communication issues on top of tbis I won't dive into. But when I build my next pool at my new property I would not use the Pool Man again. If you decide to go with them, you will need to watch all the work like a hawk and be prepared to be assertive with issues until they are resolved correctly. The process won't be "smooth." I sincerely regret using the pool man and do not recommend them to anyone based on my personal experience.
