She did a couple of tests and discussed questions I had. I received the results of the test the next day. Her results were perfect. We discussed food, water and being outside in the heat. Maggie is in great health and Dr Garcia takes excellent care of her. I am very pleased with UVH and Dr Garcia. I scheduled her next wellness check in six months. I highly recommend UVH and definitely Dr Garcia.

On day of visit, I drive 20 minutes to drop her off and i was told she now needed an influenza shot which would be an additional fee of some 120 or something. I asked why I was not told she needed the injection 2 days earlier when my dog visited the vet. Shoulder shrug "we require it". This has happened before. Communication issues, monetized services of UVH vets and an "I don't care" attitude at unleashed. I wouldn't have minded if they had told me when I initially asked what they needed from my vet 2 days earlier. No thank you

My family (My mom, wife, daughter(17) and son (13) and I were traveling from Oklahoma City to Dauphin Island for vacation. We stopped midway in Shreveport. After researching things to do, my wife happened on to Steve's Snaketuary. We called not really knowing what to expect. My daughter and I are the only snake lovers. My mom is terrified, my wife has a strong dislike, and our son doesn't mind them as long as they are not close(at all). We met Steve at the Snaketuary, Steve was awesome! We had a great, great time. EVEN my wife and my mom loved it! My wife actually held a snake and my mom to my surprise (remember she is terrified, literally freaked out terrified) she even held a snake!!!!!! That's how great Steve and Patricia were. On the way to the hotel it was mentioned more than a few times, what a great time it was. They have ALOT of different snakes and the personal interaction was amazing. I rarely take the time to leave reviews but this experience I had to pass on to others.
