Just Water Treatment - Family Owned and Operated

    Just Water Treatment

Great service and plan on using them to maintain our new water filtration system!…read more The reverse osmosis water filtration system we've had for years under our sink was leaking. We initially called a plumber who overcharged us and actually made the leak worse (lesson learned). We subsequently decided to call Just Water Treatment Inc. who came out to take a look. The specialist who came out (I think it was the owner) really spent a long time trying to repair and fix our current system before explaining that we did, in fact, need an entire new one because of some irreparable cracks (that I think were caused by the plumber we initially called -_-) . Although that was disappointing to hear, I really appreciated that they obviously made every effort to repair our current one before suggesting we get a new one and clearly articulated why we needed a new one. It definitely did not feel like they were upselling or anything. The specialist went ahead and installed a new reverse osmosis system under the sink and let us know that they can come out yearly to maintain it and change the filters (we signed up for that service as well). This happened back in November and everything has been going smoothly since! We are really happy with the specialist's efforts and service and with our new water filtration system. I highly recommend!

ClearQuest Water Solutions (owners Zach and Abby) completely exceeded my expectations!…read more For some background, I'm a city girl who moved from Los Angeles to Wesley Chapel five years ago. I had never dealt with well water before. When I learned my new house had a well, I thought, "Awesome! Free water!" Little did I know it would end up costing me thousands of dollars and years of frustration. About a year after moving in, my water started smelling like rotten eggs. I called the company whose name was on my system, and they quoted over $1,000 just to replace the filters. Since I didn't know much about well water, I asked for recommendations on Facebook. A local water specialist told me my system was outdated and sold me a brand-new one. Fifteen months later, the rotten egg smell returned. I was told I should have done annual maintenance, even though no one had ever explained that to me. When I scheduled service, he never showed up and stopped responding to my calls and texts. I contacted his distributor, who recommended someone else. He told me I needed a completely different ozone system. I wasn't thrilled about buying another system after only 15 months, but eventually I did because my water got even worse. The rotten egg smell came back, I started smelling iron, and my water even had a reddish tint. We tried adding bleach, then even added a third tank, but the water was still only "okay." I also started shocking my well every year, which only helped for about three weeks before the problem returned. After years of frustration, I reached out to the Wesley Chapel community again, and several people recommended ClearQuest Water Solutions. From my very first conversation with Abby, I could tell she genuinely cared about helping me. Zach came out and tested my water. Even after passing through all three tanks, it still contained **4 ppm of iron**. His first thought was to add another tank, and my response was, "Not a FOURTH tank!" But here's what impressed me. Instead of trying to sell me more equipment, Zach called me back later and said he had been thinking about my situation and believed there was another solution worth trying first. He quoted about $300 and even said that if it didn't solve the problem, he wouldn't charge me. That told me he cared more about fixing my problem than making a sale. After I returned from a trip to Thailand, Zach came back and found the real issues. The control head on my newest tank was clogged, the ozone system had failed, and there was another broken component inside my softener. Instead of replacing everything, he recommended replacing the media, removing one unnecessary tank, and using the larger tank that I already had. After the repair, my iron level dropped from **4 ppm to just 0.3 ppm**. A few days later, Zach followed up to make sure everything was working. I mentioned I noticed a slight rust smell from a couple of faucets, so he came back, cleaned the faucet aerators with vinegar, and that completely solved the problem. I've waited about three weeks before writing this review because I wanted to be sure the results lasted. Today I finally have clean, clear, odor-free water. After years of frustration and spending thousands of dollars on systems that never truly solved the problem, Zach and Abby finally did. Their customer service is outstanding. They communicate well, respond quickly, show up when they say they will, keep you updated on their ETA, and truly stand behind their work. I completely trust Zach and Abby and recommend ClearQuest Water Solutions without hesitation. If you've been chasing well water problems and feel like you're getting nowhere, call them first. I only wish I had found them years ago.

Keystone water is rough but our Water has been perfect! no complaints and they deliver salt every 3months. What really stood out was what happened yesterday. A big tree branch fell and completely damaged the one of the systems including the head on top and a pipe that was connected. It was a whole mess. They were the first call I made. Walked me through how to shut off the water and well pump over the phone, then came out the same day to fix everything. Replaced the damaged parts and didn't charge me anything, said it was covered under warranty. That kind of service is hard to find. Just good, honest people who stand behind their work.
