They keep the rabbits, rats, and other small fluffy animals in covered cage by design cages. (So essentially like big tanks) Which doesn't give these animals the proper air flow and builds up ammonia due to there urine.

Don't proclaim to be "dog friendly" if you have aggressive unleashed dogs roaming the store, that as owners you cannot control. I work with dogs on a daily basis and know their body language and behavioral cues well. This little dog was baring teeth, charging, and snapping at my dog who stood there innocently. Will not be going back....and those with dogs planning to go inside, tread with caution.

I had phone problems so repeatedly told her to call my husband's phone- She wrote it on the sheet and assured me she would call that number. After 4 hours my husband called Petsmart to check on our fur baby. He was told that they called the number on file over an hour ago. We rushed to pick up our dog and as they brought him out - they said we need a couple of minutes and they told me to step out of the salon. Apparently he was crated and had a nervous bowel movement but he was left to sit in it- so they shaved his butt and then used a cleaning cloth (with alcohol) on his butt. They told me to step out but I could still hear him crying loudly. He was shaved on his butt to the skin- I was beyond upset. I will not be using Petsmart in the future in Appleton and I will tell everyone I know about this terrible experience
