I found them to be very professional and repaired the leaks within a couple of days. It was a major job to remove the concrete but everything was put back in place. He came by as scheduled and assessed the problem, which turned out to be faulty suspension rods, but he also made sure there were no other issues, which I appreciated. The new rods were ordered (Maytag OEM). I did some research and found that aftermarket rods could fail quickly, which Woody confirmed. He came by again to install them.
