We ordered Kung pao chicken with fried rice and orange chicken with chow mein as well as a hot and sour soup. (They do not offer beef products FYI) They originally got our order wrong and I didn't notice til I got home but I called and they made it right so I cannot fault them for honest mistakes. I should have checked the order before I left. The orange chick was fantastic. I only wish the breading was a bit crispier, so I'll see if they can cook a bit longer next time - but this orange sauce is a treat. It has a tangy citrus flavor while balancing the sweet with upmost perfection. My kids could not get enough of it. They devoured the chow mein also. I could only scrap up pieces of cabbage for myself - veggies are my favorite part anyway and they were seasoned very well. The Kung Pao chicken was fresh and crispy. On my spicy scale of 1-5 I'd give it a 1 - so if you want it a bit spicier ask to spice it up or request some of their delicious chili oil. The perfect addition to their already perfectly wok'd entrees. The fried rice was, well, fried rice. Pretty standard. This will be our go-to place to satiate our Chinese food craving. I eat mine plain but they have quite the selection of burgers and fries/ring options. The drinks are in a fridge with normal selection of sodas and teas along with bottled water. The price seemed fair and I was able to use Apple Pay off my phone. I was given a beeper and found a table behind the trailer. I wish there was a little shade over the tables but nonetheless it was a pleasant day so no worries. My pager went off and I got my food freshly made and hot. The fries were good. They had a little batter to them and they were good portion size. The burger, however was a little disappointing. It seemed to be a patty premade almost frozen style. I wish they would make 1/2 pound burgers with fresh meat and hand make the patties but that's not the case. After eating lunch I decided I would not go back until they improve burger quality.

The main man is Dondi along with Patty and Dakota. They are a very friendly group of people with home made cole slaw and pickles along with his delicious smoked meats which include pulled pork, hamburgers, sausages, and marinated hot dogs. His BBQ sauce is flavorful and tangy which is not overly sweet. The homemade cole slaw has a little bit of a kick but not overly so with a touch of pineapple to give just a tiny bit of sweetness. Serving sizes is enough to fill any ones appetite. I enjoyed my first experience there. And it is especially nice to have a smoky BBQ place here in Centerton finally! Hope it stays for a long time.
