The ribs and sides were amazing! The ribs had sooooo much meat I could only eat 2. The sweet potato fries, and Mac and cheese were my sides and beside being so delicious, it was too much to eat! We live in San Antonio and will definitely mark this as one of our favorite places to revisit when we come back to visit family! Great service too! First of all, great customer service! Our waitress took the time to go over the menu with us and give us recommendations. There is so much to choose from! My son got the combo platter with brisket and ribs. I got the chicken. Those ribs!? Wow! The brisket and chicken have a deep smoked flavor too! So good! The onion rings are the best I've had! The fried zucchini has a peppery batter and is fried to perfection. The mac and cheese is good, pretty typical for a BBQ restaurant. The mashed potatoes are instant but the white gravy is very flavorful with a nice amount of pepper! The cole slaw is hoeade but thick and has a honey flavor to it...not my favorite but still good. The rolls are soft, yet chewy! Yum! You get a lot of food! Enough to take home and eat again for another meal! You definitely get your money's worth! The restaurant was clean and well taken care of. My buddy and I were in town for a Mountain Biking weekend trip and stopped by for lunch our first day in Bentonville, we were cheerfully greeted and had to only wait a few minutes for a table, the place was packed but very clean and inviting. Once seated we had a really nice waitress take our drink and appetizer orders and I had the best fried mushrooms I have ever had! I also had a salad as a side the was really fresh and packed with meats and vegetables. For my pain I had the BBQ turkey and pulled pork and they were fantastic. First time here, I just didn't think this place would be that good for some reason. It is a large open area with lots of people working. It is clean and d well maintained. I started with fried mushrooms. They were seasoned perfect, the breading was nice and light - they were very good. I had the turkey bacon club and it was large and very good. I also had the potato salad which was very good. My wife had the open face roast beef. It too was cooked perfectly and seasoned well, and enough for a couple meals. I decided to get desert since everything was so good and had the apple cobbler and it too was very good, not too sweet, swimming in sugar and not too dry. Everything was very good and exceeded our expectations. Price was very fair. Service was a little spotty even with so many working and only a few customers. We will certainly be back. read more

The food was excellent. I ordered the small 2 rib plate with green beans and fried squash. The green beans were well cooked but missing something...maybe bacon? Loved loved loved the fried squash. The ribs were quite tender. Although I wasn't too fond of how they were cut due to the little cartilage pieces that would be easy to choke on or chomp down on and break a tooth. They had a great selection of sauces. I liked the KC style best because I like a little molasses base in my sauce but that's all subjective to people's personal taste buds. What I did not like was the lack of a handicap stall in the women's bathroom. ADA has been in place for DECADES and there really is no call for buildings that have been built or remodeled in the last decade to NOT be ADA compliant with a handicap stall. They had three stalls. Take one out and expand the other. Although I don't think that would be enough even because I don't think a wheelchair would be able to turn the corner to the stalls. Please consider becoming a more inclusive restaurant. You've got great food and people with all abilities should be able to enjoy it. read more

Breakfast was good. Quality and service was not the issue. QUANTITY of the food however was complete insanity. I've never gotten my meal and immediately felt defeated. WAY too much food. Who are you trying to feed!? 7ft giants or men just a biscuit shy of 300lbs!? Most mornings I'm not very hungry and I try not to order much. I also have anxiety over being judged on how much food I don't eat. BECAUSE IVE BEEN JUDGED MY WHOLE LIFE FOR "WASTING." I ordered 3 side items! 1 egg, 1 pancake thinking I'm going to be ordering the right portion size for myself to not be judged and not have leftovers. WRONG. The oatmeal was OUTRAGEOUS. Just stop with that now. Fire whoever idea that was to make that portion size. Pathetic individual. And the one pancake was equivalent to 3!! UNREAL. The scrambled eggs are supposed to be fully cooked, NOT RUNNY AS HELL. Like I said, food was good. I just can't come back there. It makes my anxiety bad and I have too much food leftover. They had so many employees, which is good to see, but most of them just stand around the bar waiting for something to do. I went with a 2 meat combo with brisket and mild sausage. For my sides, I picked mac/cheese and green beans. The sides were ok, I preferred the green beans because the mac/cheese was so runny it was basically a soup. The meat was cooked nicely but didn't have a ton of flavor. You really had to cover everything with the variety of sauces to make the meat stand out. Overall, it did the job and we left satisfied but I think there are more options around town that we will try next time. read more

The food may be good the last I heard the the wait staff was not allowed to keep the tips they earned were not allowed to keep their r tips they had to be turned in. For example one young lady earned a very good tip because of her service. I feel she deserved to keep it, it was even suggested by the customer that they give it to her outside of the restaurant and she refused because she would still have to turn it in to be split up. I have NOT eaten there since. She earned the WHOLE tip!!!!! I would rate the service a 5 read more

I ordered the three meat combo with baked beans and Mac and cheese. I sent the Mac and cheese back because it had no taste whatsoever. It was bland runny and needed seasoning. This did not ruin my meal and I would go back again today!! The lava and cheese was replaced with rice and beans and that was amazing. So I'm really sad they don't do bologna because that would just make any plate just hit the top... but I nabbed the brisket sandwich and it wasn't dry which was a plus and it wasn't over smoked. Over all pretty solid but it was missing the onion to much on. It did have a pickle but it's the little things. No points loss on that but the okra was a nice up to k. My friend nabbed the ribs and they didn't look overly meaty but it did look a little dry. He did say they had a good flavor and when the bbq sauce was added it was good. Let me say this first; IT WILL FEED 4 PEOPLE!! The ribs are ginormous, the flavor could use a little more smoke, they are a little tough, and the seasoning they use isn't very flavorful. Outstanding! I've had ribs in Kansas City, Austin, Memphis, Asheville, and probably 30 little hole in the wall BBQ joints but these may have been the best I've ever had! I'm not blowing smoke here! Tender, juicy, pink with a good Smokey bark. A 10 on all counts. And a big ole homemade yeast roll! 4 distinct sauces for every taste or just enjoy the dry rub. I live in Tulsa and our BBQ doesn't suck here. In many cases I've tried those famous places and thought we have better in Tulsa. I'm not even going to get into the sides but they were fresh well seasoned and generous in portion size. Great service and very fair pricing.
