I wanted the car towed to Helms auto in New Castle about 16 miles away. Towing service arrived and the officers left. My wife showed up to get me. They loaded my car. The car was never in traffic or in the road. Neither was the flatbed. After the car was loaded the man working the call said it would be $700. They are frauds. Would not take my car that night to helms. Kept car overnight and delivered the next day. I hate that I paid it. I should have let them leave the car on the road and I could get another company.
