These people are the worst…read more I was in a hospital 4 hours away. Over 7 days, I called them twice to let the car be picked up by a friend. They told me not unless the friend had my i.d., which they couldn't get, me being 4 hours away. On the 7th day, I got the body shop to request it. They so enjoyed charging: $595 ($85 x 7,) they gruffed that it was all my fault: "I had alcohol in the back seat in a cooler." Then, hung up on me. Rude, ridiculous, unrepentant. Worse than worst.

What I'd like to point out is the huge lack of integrity on Dwayne's part, terrible hard to get in touch with and always making excuses for not answering his phone and for not sticking to his agreements, when I pointed out that I was disappointed and dissatisfied for being charged double and having such an unprofessional job and I was charged a deposit when I asked for my money back he got angry and cussed at me and told me to he would put a b***** in me.As for the assistant she was rude as well. she would hang the phone up and made excuses for Dwayne .
