This is the coffee chain's newest location. It opened in the centre of the CF Toronto Eaton Centre on 2024-11-29. It is where the old Starbucks was located, by the multi-story water fountain and Christmas Tree. It is a very modern-looking food stall in the middle of the hallway. There are so many reflecting mirrors. There are three pedestals where you could have your drink. It wasn't too crowded during the middle of a weekday. Customer service was good since there were so many staff members. Drinks are typically expensive, like at all other locations. There is free WiFi from the mall. The food stall is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washrooms nearby. There is a paid parking lot. Review 2024-255

Ordered the iced matcha latte which came to around $9. It was probably one of the worst matcha lattes I have tasted. Bitter taste, texture was off, and flavor bad. They obviously didn't whisk the matcha as it was prepared rather quickly. The matcha was definitely poor quality. Do not recommend. Also was rather expensive.

So happy this opened up in eaton centre. I had their iced matcha latte and it had a great matcha flavour. I don't think it's worth it when they are busy with a line up, as I think the quality goes down but there was no line up when I went. I will definitely have to come back to try their ice cream!

Their matcha latte is one of my top favourite drinks. Upon visiting Eatons, I paid them a visit for my afternoon caffeine fix and ordered myself a cup. The lineup situation was pretty short considering it was over the weekend and my drink was ready within a reasonable time frame. As expected, the drink had a rich matcha flavour completed with a beautiful latte art. This is worth the price.

I usually love % Arabica, but this location consistently misses the mark. After trying their lattes three times, I've concluded that the quality just isn't there. My matcha latte with almond milk substitute just tasted like straight almond milk with no matcha flavour, and the coffee lattes I've had were bitter and lacked the richness I get from the Union Station location. I also like going to the Yorkdale location for Arabica coffee. For the price I pay I expected it to be really good!

Still one of my favourite places to do some computer work. Wifi can be a bit spotty at time, but I still like to work here offline for the vibes. It's really close to this shop I grab my glass from (you should also check them out, they're the best) so I would most likely stop by here again. I ended up trying their matcha coconut drink because of the promotion they had (buy one get one free, it was a good deal). The drink itself was refreshing, creamy, and had a nice balance between the earthy matcha and the sweetness from the coconut. It did feel lighter than expected, maybe because of the coconut base. The atmosphere also stands out, it has that nostalgic vibe that people seem to associate with the brand. The drinks are a little pricey without the promotion, and the sweetness might be a bit much depending on what you order (it was a tad bit sweet). But overall, I'd come back to explore more of the menu.

I know that the ube trend is taking over but PLEASE before you advertise your product as such, DO YOUR RESEARCH and make sure that you are actually serving the thing. I'm Filipino and not only did I feel so offended by how this tasted, I also felt like I should be refunded. First of, the ube mixture was RED. I don't know where you're getting your ube mixture from but ube is PURPLE. The powder was chunky and did not at all taste like ube. Please, I get it we all want to make money from whats popular but take time to educate yourself. The staff shared that it's an Earl Grey tea latte. Since this is a flavour I really love, I had to try it out.
