warning!!! do not use this company and avoid. i requested a move with this company and went through the manager who discussed with the owner on a fixed price which he did not honor even after locking it in for more than a week with a deposit. come moving day they came in and went back on the initial agreement and tried to up charge thinking that we would be desperate because we we're vulnerable and needed to move. i spoke with the owner alex who held no remorse and had zero accountability to what took place. he was not willing to even negotiate and just abruptly canceled everything and offered refund of deposit. we followed all policy and procedure and happily obliged to every request to ensure appropriate pricing as well and it took more than a day to lock in the price, so there was more than enough time to fully understand what we were requesting to move. i understand you may be tempted from previous reviews, however, take it from me we were misled. take whatever you see on the reviews with a grain of salt. this company is unprofessional and will leave you high and dry when you need them the most. keep an eye on the movers as they will secretly record video call to the owner so they can up charge and even take their time to accrue more hours on the job so that you'll come out out-of-pocket hundreds more than the initial estimate. you have been thoroughly warned. read more

Best movers I've ever had -- without exception! All the lead up communication and estimate process was excellent and their estimate was accurate -- which is rare. The moving guys were punctual, professional, kind and very hardworking. They wrapped all the furniture with protective quilted covers and plastic/bubble wrap and took great care. I had an extremely heavy and complicated adjustable bed that had to go in a freight elevator on the 15th floor and it was not problem for them whatsoever. They disassembled it and resassembled it at the delivery location and it works perfectly. I also had a heavy love seat sleeper sofa and that had to go upstairs and they did that wonderfully. They didn't damage any walls or any items. The price was very reasonable as well. There is definitely a reason for the glowing reviews of this company. read more

After meeting with the representative of this moving company, he then proceeded to look over my place and then committed to providing a full quote for the move by the next morning. He then mentioned that this company is certainly not the most expensive and would provide to me a fair offer. The quote was for over $7,000.00. To date, this is the most expensive offer yet after receiving 4 quotes. Money is a huge motivator for my decision on this and I am going with another moving company that is over $4,000.00 cheaper. I advise anyone that is looking to receive any quotes no matter what company you choose....to obtain at least 3-4 quotes. We scheduled a local move in miami. Process started by getting a quote from Alex for moving a 1 bed apartment. Alex was actively in communication with us from start to end of our move over phone/text. On the day of move, 2 guys Max and Di(forgot his name) showed up with truck and they never stopped until they completed loading everything in truck. I dint had to worry about my hourly rate, as they were more conscious and were super-fast/non-stop in disassembly of furniture and loading everything in 4hours. They drove to my home and started unloading, were constantly checking with us where to place each box/furniture and were back in their groove without compromising on speed/quality of service. I used easy Florida moving back in the fall of 2020 for a local move. I was impressed by the reviews on Yelp and Google and decided to book, however the service was not as spectacular as described for me. One of the movers "Tim" continuously was removing his mask and had an attitude when we reminded him to use his mask for our safety. The bed they disassembled and reassembled for move in was not assembled correctly. I had to go in and rescrew bolts and nuts. And there was damage to a few pieces of furniture post we noticed move in. This moving company is average at best and reasonably priced but I would recommend maybe spending more money on a better service. read more

They were a little late , they took a very long time I moved much faster than they did as I had to help them or they would of charged me more.I was overcharged. He was very unprofessional as he was leaving and because I did feel I was overcharged. Tips are not mandatory they're based on the service that's provided He yelled at me as he was walking out my door yelling about the tip I did not give them to my New neighbors as this man running down the stairs. It was very unprofessional and I was embarrassed by their behavior. One of my new neighbors came up to my apartment immediately afterwards and asked if I was OK. They also were on their phones, talking and and they spoke in a different language in my presence. I was given my quote 1 month prior to the move I donated and entire bedroom and all my bedroom room furniture to Goodwlll, American Cancer Society and phase farms. I did call them back for a new quote they said don't worry. When they arrived late, they were not happy that everything was packed near the door and it was 1/2 of what the quoted. I have one queen bed, 1 sectional couch (they took 2 hours to move the couch, 1 table , 1small desk and 20 plastic boxes. I have moved since then with all the original belongings for this move and it only cost me 1/2 what I was charged 1/2 that with better service. Hiring this mover was a big mistake for me and I also didn't feel safe as they were so angry from the moment that they got there. read more

These guys are FANTASTIC! We used them the last time we moved & we used them again this time. We moved out of our home & still had a week before we could get in to the new one. They stored our belongings in their storage facility for FREE. The guys who come are always incredibly respectful & polite. They also bust their butts the entire time they are working. Spoke with Alex a week prior and asked for quote and availability. He sent me an estimate of a break down and did not leave anything out. He also made me aware that if they run shorter or longer it'll be extra/deduction of 85/hour. That was great to know. Also this move was going to be from Lake Worth FL to Brickell Miami. Day of moving we got Arthur and another nice gentleman. They texted at 830am to tell me they will be arriving at 9am(the time we had scheduled). And they sure did get there at 9am. Showed them everything being moved. And they got right to work like the speed of lightning! I appreciate it because if it wasn't for our building we could've been done an extra 2 hours! But that's because we reserved the elevator for 1pm and got there at 12pm! lol So kind of had to wait until the it was available. Just used Easy Florida Moving for a local move. Everything went better than expected. Alex was timely in all his email/text responses and the estimate he gave was competitive especially for a 4 man team. On the day of the move the team notified me about 30 minutes prior via text of their arrival. Everything was wrapped in blankets, mattresses were bagged and they took care of all my belongings. I also give them kudos as the townhome I moved out of is 3 stories with a narrow winding staircase. They navigated it with ease. Upon arrival at my new place they had everything put exactly where I wanted and the furniture was reassembled perfectly. This review is for easy florida moving, specifically for Era and Artur. I moved on 6/10/19 from Miami FL to Ocala FL. It was a 1 bedroom apartment move. It was a 4.5 hour drive. There was an elevator in the first place but not in the second. The price was fair, I booked through Alex the owner. He was very nice over the phone and quoted me a price that did not budge later in the moving process. It was also super nice because he did not make me put down a deposit prior to moving. I paid in full after the move was completed. Ok now onto Era and Artur. They were EXCELLENT. They were so sweet and moved things so efficiently. They also packed my delicate items like the TV and glass table top super efficiently. Nothing was damaged. They moved my heavy dresser and mattress with ease. I was shocked. it was so refreshing to deal with such professional movers. I can't tell you how many times i've moved this apartment and been screwed with movers who don't work hard and don't do their job.This was not the case with them. I'm so glad I picked this company. My original plan was to move from Miami to Atlanta and I was given a quote for about $2000 for my 1/1,5 apartment including packing job. Our manager Alex was pleasant to communicate with and very flexible regarding our situation. As in the middle of the move, when the stuff was already in movers' storage we had to change the move in date and even the state we move to. My office had to send me to Charlotte instead of Atlanta. And I was surprised that the initial price remained the same! Packing team was clean and polite. Paul and Anton were very efficient and it took them just about 3 hours to get the stuff packed and loaded. If I would have to do it myself it'd probably took me days. Besides that building that we moved from asked about insurance from movers with limit of $2.000.000 and they provided it within 1 hour or so. We requested the certain day and time for delivery, as I have to work in main office and cannot afford myself to wait. The truck came on time an I couldn't be happier. We are so glad that we used Easy Florida Moving. Their excellent customer service starts the moment you call them. Alex, the owner, is very responsive and answers any and all questions that you have. He came for an in person home estimate and was very professional and extremely fair. In fact when the move took longer than his estimate he kept his word and offered us the price he originally offered. He is not trying to nickel and dime you but wants you to be happy. We moved from Miami to Orlando and in that time worked with Alex and four members of his team. Each member of his team was professional, friendly, kind, diligent and careful.
