Because we had seen so many quotes, I even told him up front that if he had underpriced the job, he should let me know. That is how we try to operate as a business: honest relationships with the vendors who help us succeed. From start to finish, Jeff was outstanding. He communicated clearly, showed up when he said he would, brought great energy, and delivered flawless work. My management team was genuinely impressed with him, both personally and professionally. The quality of the cleanup was excellent, and the price was more than fair for the level of service we received. Because of that first experience, we hired him for monthly landscaping service as well. After dealing with multiple landscape companies over the years, I can say that many of those relationships feel purely transactional. With Jeff, it felt different.
